The bed was very soft so we found it uncomfortable.

Very close to everything in Hanoi. They had scooters and bikes available for rent at the accomodation. They made special arrangements for us when we needed to check in past midnight.

mattress covered with polyethylene . The polyethylene crunches when using the bed and is not hygienic. The water from the bathroom leaks into the room, there is no elevator.

They are running a separate motorbike business downstairs but TBH i didnt have a problem with this its still a good value/price.

The room description is not accurate. There is no kettle, or tea and coffee making facilities. There is also no TV. I asked the staff about this and they said no rooms have these facilities, and the description has probably not been updated since the refurbishment (though I note the photos are current). I would suggest that they need to update the description. The bathroom door doesn't close properly which means the water from the shower gets out into the bedroom and the bathroom fan is not very good so the room smells fusty most of the time - even though we had the window open 24/7. The WiFi is not good at all. The bed was incredibly soft, bit like sitting on a marshmallow, and not at all comfortable.

The room was very bright, it had two lights which worked well together. The windows opened for a bit of airflow. The room had both aircon and a fan, and the mini fridge worked well. There was always a member of staff downstairs if you needed them. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything in the old quarter. We booked 2 nights here because the hotel we wanted to stay at was full, but we did extend as this one is OK for the money and we deemed it not worth the hassle of moving for 2 more nights.

It's ok for the price, the opposite site is a delicious crab noodles stalls. Staff was quite nice, we asked for helping to carry the luggage and they didn't hesitate to help us

Everything was great. The hotel is in a great location to get around the old quarter. The staff were great and always there to help. We traversed through there on 3 occasions, and each time, we were treated like family. Highly recommend.

I cannot believe, I almost didnt book it due to some of the reviews here. It is basic (this is, what you book), but: - clean, bright (window) and spacious room with fridge, hairdryer, kettle - hot shower - super helpful staff - location for a more than fair price!

my door know was kinda damage. but it is still functional. i wish it didn’t have damage because it hard to open and close the door for me. But nothing too much to expect because the price of the room is lower compared to others.

Showers are ok.

I like that it’s close in the OQ and you can walk to everywhere. It’s a budget hotel, so it’s very basic but as a minimalist that’s perfect. Staff are sweet. It’s nice spot to stay if you want to feel like a local.

Booked online. Arrived to check in. The man on duty whilst glued to his phone (playing a game like a 7 year old child) told me they were full. I tried to explain that I had a booking already but (still glued to his phone without breaking his gaze) again told me they were full and that I can talk to booking.com if i don't like it. Rudest person in hospitality I've met. Awful representative for the company so can only assume he either owns the place or is family as anyone hired acting in that capacity needs to find a new line of work far away from customers, public, or civilization...absolute d*ckhead of a man. I didn't stay there, obviously, so not sure how the actual place is, but there's a million other places closeby that can't possibly have anyone as bad as that nob working there so give them a go instead.

The sign was OK I suppose.

The shower in my room, Hot and cold are the wrong way round, but once you figure it out, it's a great little wet room
