Nothing. Like I mentioned, the room and bathroom was small but we were barely in it.

The location was superb. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and overlooked part of Lake Kiem and just around the corner from Note Coffee Cafe. The room and bathroom was small but clean. The staff in reception were absolutely lovely. If you love, which we do, you can walk to Train St, Beer St and even the mausoleum and Temple of Literature.

The only thing we did not like was how small the room was. Very little space in the room to move around specially when we had a baby. Other than that everything else was very good.

We loved how the staff were always smiling and greeting. Everyone was helpful and the amenities were good too. They cleaned our room daily.

The staff provided excellent support. They arranged for transportation to and from the airport, set up an all day excursion, got a free walking tour of old town, arranged for a cyclo tour. Some great local food shops within walking distance Wonderful buffet breakfast

The shower didn't have much pressure

Even before arriving at the hotel, we had WhatsApp conversations with Lily about organizational matters. She was quickly available and took care of everything for us! Our flight was changed and she wasted no time in arranging our cab. Once we arrived at the hotel, which is really well located, we were greeted by a friendly team! We arrived early, our room wasn't ready, but the staff let us put our things down, use the toilet and freshen up. We went for a walk and when we came back, well before time, our room was ready! And what a marvel when we opened the door: a small room all decorated with rose petals and swans with linen (we had explained that we were there for a honeymoon). The staff took great care of us, telephoning the various service providers on our behalf and preparing our travel suite. We really recommend this hotel, both for the location and the incredible staff! If we ever come back to Vietnam, we'll come back to this hotel! Thanks to all them

Room was a bit small, basic but exactly what you would expect for the price.

Staff were so lovely and friendly. Everything was really clean and location could not be better. So close to the lake and everything in the old quarter but was quiet at night.

We were a family of 3 adults and we had booked a triple deluxe room . Upper floor rooms were airy and noise free and had sufficient light. Lily helped me to change my room from a lower to upper floor .Hotel is located almost on the main road and because of various shops and businesses in the surroundings lower floor rooms felt little claustrophobic. However overall the location is superb for travellers being close to everything . I would definitely stay there again if I happen to visit Hanoi in future and I thank all the staffs for their warm hospitality.

We were quite pleased overall, however, being hotel owners we know the need to keep the rooms very tidy and clean. Unfortunately there was a lot us dust and items behind furniture, and this was very off putting. The breakfast was well planned and in a good location upstairs.

In the first night there were noise outside so the staff changed us to another room in the second stay. Very helpful.

Great location. Close to everything just as the name tells. You can see the Hoan Kiem Lake in the dinning room on the top of the building. Most of the hotel rooms in Hanoi are crowd due to the high price of land but this hotel was great with a relatively wide space in the rooms. And the rooms were tidy. Breakfast also excerllent.
