Such a lovely stay loved everything about this place the staff were amazing and the location awesome! We rode the free bikes into town for lunch and we were close to all the main sights

The ambiance is really nice, the room and bathroom were big, clean and spacious, and Dat and Kim were really nice, helpful and accommodating. They helped us with everything during our stay and that really makes a difference! Thank you! Other great things were: bikes to use for free, option to rent motorcycle, great breakfast, good food, water, coffee and tea in room, swimming pool.

A gorgeous boutique hotel, hidden among the rice fields. The staff were extremely helpful in reaching out and helping to book a car. We hired free bicycles and scooters, the hotel provided a map and good suggestions of what to visit. Breakfast had minimal options but what we did had was great, we all loved the pancakes! We would suggested adding some cushions to the wooden seats as they were a little hard and uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was a perfect stay and I would recommend to all my friends!

The staff were amazing and so helpful, organised a trip for us and a driver which was amazing. The rooms were a good size, amazing place to be especially with the free bikes. The pool was nice and the food was good at the hotel.

maybe a little more variety for breakfast

Great place for couples in the middle of beautiful rice fields, approximately a 10 min scooter ride from the buzz of Tam Coc. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and the swimming pool are was our savior during the afternoon heatwave! The staff was really polite and flexible when it came to our super early breakfast. :)

Insanely beautiful place! In the middle of the rice fields, with stunning views. Rooms are nicely decorated, very good AC which is is really needed! Common rooms are lovely, outdoor pool which is refreshing. Staff speaks fluent English and are always willing to help. Breakfast is great. Bikes available to rent for free, Mua viewpoint 10 mins cycling.

An amazingly comfortable getaway surrounded by rice fields, with very comfortable rooms, a great pool, and very nice people working there. The free bikes are a great addition to get around. We really enjoyed our stay & wish we could stay longer

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Dat, the hotel manager, was so nice and responded promptly to all of our requests. He was really accommodating. He’s the best. The hotel in itself is like shown on the pictures, looks beautiful, such a peaceful atmosphere. The food at the restaurant is good. The rooms were clean and really comfortable. We slept extremely well! Overall this was great experience, especially if you are looking to relax, I highly recommend it.

The location was perfect. We were able to cycle around the area on bicycles. It's near all the main attractions in Ninh Binh. Dat and Oanh were so amazing and were great hosts. They made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come and stay there again in the future.

The location in the middle of rice fields. You're in a cocoon of nature. The room was amazing. Clean, comfortable and isolated. The staff is incredible friendly and direct you to the good spots. Food is very good on site as well but you can always take one of the bikes and go to the towns around.

Most people won't care about this, but there is some light coming into the room all night because the doors have windows (my partner would have preferred being able to darken the room completely)

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious rooms. Amazing pool and facilities. When the AC was not properly working, the staff took care of solving the issue within hours (and we had a fan during the first night, so it wasn't the end of the world). The restaurant was a really positive surprise as well!

I don't say this as a negative but the property is a bit more towards nature, which we loved, but it means a little bit of a bike ride to get to the main streets with restaurants and cafes. So just consider that to make sure its the right choice for you.

What a beautiful property! Very well designed hotel in the middle of rice fields. We really loved the surrounding nature and the fact that the hotel provides free bikes, so that we could bike to most places we needed to get. On the second day, we rented a scooter directly from them for long distance exploring. The best part of our stay though was the very kind and helpful staff who helped us with any question or concern we had.
