The host was very friendly and helpful. We could check in early. The room was clean! The location is perfect if you wanted to visit the imperial citadel.

The best place in Vietnam - very modern and comfortable. Everything is new and designed in European style. Beautiful room and bathroom, good air conditioning, hot water, kitchen available with filtered water. It's super clean and located in the old town, in quiet place. Owners are really friendly and helpful - offer bike rental, booking tickets and suggest about the tourist locations. Perfect relation between the price and quality.

Great location within the walls of the old city. Chi was a fantastic host with many excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. We arrived early after a night on a sleeper train, Chi let us check in and get settled straight away which was fantastic. Room was very clean and well appointed with a great bathroom.

Better is impossible. The owner is very very nice and very very kind. She is trying to help all the time and she speaks very good English! The room for 2 people is very big, as new and clean. The bathroom is also very clean. Free bikes and very cheap motos rent. Very good location. The best option in Hue for sure. We will come back :)

Localization is great from historical point of view - area of imperial city - but a bit far from facilities in the center.

We had 3 beds in the dorm for two nights. In our opinion it was the best homestay in Vietnam that we have had so far. Everything was perfect and very clean. Chi is a very caring person. She booked a tour to Hoi An for us, rented us motorbikes, did our laundry, gave us great recommendations for activites and restaurants, helped us when we had questions, served us fresh food and was making sure that we have a good stay at her home. It was nice to have somebody with good english, who helped us out with everything.

A remarkable lovely stay in a quite area of Hue. The area around is not so touristic but it is quite close to the city center and very close to the imperial city. Chi and her family are so lovely and attentive hosts. All the facilities are new, the place is very cozy and confortable and you have the option to rent a bike (for free) or a scooter (for really good price). Don't think twice to stay here.

I loved everything about my stay

An outstanding homestay - Chi is a wonderful, friendly and very helpful host. I had one of the private rooms, very high quality for the price. I originally booked for 3 nights but extended to 4 I liked it so much and Chi also organised a full day trip out to the dmz for me which was excellent and highly recommended if you have an interest in this history. This was actually my 5th trip to Hue, it is the perfect city to allow yourself to slow down a little and immerse yourself in - you will be richly rewarded - and Chi Homestay really is an excellent choice for ideally a few nights to achieve this. Highly recommended and I will have no hesitation but to stay here again on my next visit.

Everything was perfect. I would recommend staying here 10/10.

Chi and her son were so friendly and welcoming. There is cold filtered water available. The room was spacious with excellent air con, comfortable bed and fantastic shower and toilet facilities. Really close to the imperial city and only 10 minutes by Grab to the city centre. Chi organised a taxi for us to the airport at a cheap price.

Chi was an excellent host who went above and beyond to arrange a last-minute tour of the Hai Van pass. She was friendly and even gave us a cold, refreshing drink after we arrived on a scorching afternoon after a long journey. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and modern and the homestay was in a safe, quiet area. One of the best places we stayed in Vietnam - it was a shame we only booked in for one night!

I didn't spend very long here, but the location was mint, the homestay was family owned and really cute and serene I think is the best word to describe it! The family was helpful and let me borrow a helmet, had some snacks out and gave me recommendations for che and dinner spots! I remember really liking the bathroom, it was well lit and the shower was nice! It's a great choice for spending a couple days exploring Hue!

Chi is amazing. She is super friendly, gives tips, helps you with literally everything. The rooms are clean and spacious. The place is away from the busy part which I liked a lot.
