We really appreciated to be upgraded as surprise as this trip was to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, always check on us and always prompt response on our request. Special thanks to Joe who promptly helped us solve the privacy issue and appreciated the entire team to prepare the birthday cake for my husband. The spa is exceptional relaxing and comfort and the staff are really friendly and attentive. Thank you very much for creating such a memorable experience for us and we definitely will come back for another getaway.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We even somewhat admired the squished dead frog next to the communal pool.

This will sound like a hyperbolic exaggeration written by an American couple from Arizona who have never been overseas before…but THIS WAS THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! The staff were beyond exceptional (Súong in particular). They all knew who we were and were excessively helpful. As soon as they found out we’re vegan, they remembered and gave us specially designed vegan dishes. The resort itself is beautiful and we never needed to leave (unfortunately, we did make a trip to Nha Trang which is comparatively disgusting). This place might not be the cheapest accomodation you can find, but you definitely see where your money goes. It is 100% worth it.

Everything was amazing. An addition could be a few more exercise options such as personal trainer at an extra cost like they offer the personal yoga or outdoor group fitness classes could help to elevate the wellness journey.

The resort has a great layout, there are great options for food and exercise for health and wellness should you choose and a real luxury feeling with the rooms and villas. I loved the yoga classes with several times running each day. All staff were sensational, Joe really made the stay so comfortable and even helped purchase medicine away from the resort and deliver and made anything requested not a problem at all. Unbelievable service Joe your hard work has not gone unnoticed. Also in the evening another staff member helped prepare some food as the kitchen was closed. Again just above and beyond service. It was 1:30am so I missed his name, I had missed dinner and he help me by offering the staff meal option and it was wonderful. An absolutely wonderful experience the entire stay, caring and attentive staff!!!

Don’t come here if you want a full Vietnam foodie experience, or you expect daily entertainment - this resort is not about these things.

Fusion is the most amazing resort, if, like me, you want to: - fully relax and disconnect, melting into a slow and pampered happy life. - have a hotel room that is gorgeous, airy, and very romantic. And that bathtub is magical. - see genuine warm smiles from every member of staff around you all day long. - spend your days rotating between a spa, pools, and yoga. - not have to worry about literally anything, with most of your wishes catered to before you even know you have them, and all health concerns accounted for. - get some really fantastic massages. Insight for room selection: ocean view suite (sans pool) has the best view as it is at the highest part of the grounds, but it will still be heavily covered by palm trees (that do give you the benefit of more privacy). Don’t expect a full unobstructed ocean view.

We loved everything!

I can without doubt say that this is the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Firstly, the staff make the place. From your personal 'Fusionista' to the amazing restaurant staff. Feel like part of the family there - they get it just right. Bringing flowers for my wife or Aloe Vera when I got a slightly burnt head after a day on the mopeds. They made our honeymoon so special. Shout out to Joe and Ny in particularly! A la carte breakfast was superb. Was never out of the private swimming pool. The daily treatments included were a dream. This place will always set the standard for future hotels. Would love to go back.

The resort is isolated so you can only eat at the resort, unless you get a grab or eat at a restaurant nearby that has pick up / drop off. Which I highly recommend you do.

We were in the beachfront pool villa rooms and it was large, spacious and airy. It was really windy so we weren't able to get on the beach or lounge, but the views were incredible. The rate includes a large variety breakfast and one spa treatment per night stay. Everything was professionally done, the staff were courteous and friendly, constantly checking in to make sure we were happy and if there were any issues. The cocktail drinks were professionally done and we took advantage of the BOGO happy hour deal!

I went to 3 resorts and Fusion was the best. the workers were super kind to our family! Thanks to them we could have a great time! The pools are clean, and it is warm at night!!

You can lie in bed and immediately see the sea, hear the sound of the waves, and enjoy a fantastic sunrise. The villa has floor-to-ceiling windows all around, providing a great sense of openness without compromising privacy. The services were prompt, and the buggy services were always quick. Most of the staff were naturally friendly. Breakfast were.not as lavish as that of a luxury hotel in a big city, but more than adequate. The daily spa treatments provided once a day were also suitable for relaxing. Additionally, during our 5-night stay, we were able to receive butler service at the resort. Joe Nguyen was very attentive to our needs, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time

There was a minor issue with the shower head during my stay. It appeared to be slightly broken and resulted in a continuous leak, significantly reducing the water volume.

The staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always greeted us with warm smiles. Our stay was truly enjoyable, thanks to their exceptional service. I had accidentally left my wallet in the hotel safe. The staff found it and promptly sent it to me at the airport. I am immensely grateful to them and want to express my heartfelt thanks.

Sometime miscommunication with front staff for requesting water bottle deliver. But that is not so much issue for us because their recovery action was quick.

This hotel has kept privacy zoom each other room, so it is very comfortable for adult couple. Also we can chose various activity. For example relaxing poolside or swimming in the see, walking farmer area and so on.

As soon as we stepped foot on the grounds of Fusion we were in love. The views are divine and the layout and architecture of the resort are sensational. We were then greeted and welcomed by fantastic staff, namely Nathalie, who instantly made us feel at home and at ease. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view of the sea. Over the next eight days we enjoyed relaxing massages, terrific food and gorgeous amenities including the pools and farm. Fusion was the best holiday experience we have ever had.

Food in the evening / day time could be better - it's expensive for what it is and limited choice of local vietnamese food. Especially seafood!

The spa facilities here are wonderful, our Fusionista, Mervyn (Hai) was absolutely fantastic as were all the staff around the resort. We felt welcomed on our honeymoon and they took great care of us all the way through our stay. Breakfast is fantastic and the hideaway pool is a beautiful spot to relax in. Great gym facilities, table tennis etc. Room was also massive and comfortable with very strong air conditioning which was a relief every day.

Food were good but kinda need more options. Also, spa hour could be extended for longer. We stayed for 3 days , 2 nights but were only able to book spa service for 1 day since they were fully booked. We tried doing it 48 hrs before arrival but the link wasn't working.

The facility and staffs are wonderful. We felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.Special Thanks to Dinh and Quoc who has paid lot of attention to make sure our family have the most enjoyable time at fusion and were extremelly helpful when we forgot our passports and wallets after checking out. We booked the deluxe pool villa, and our kids were loving it. The room was huge and the lovely backyard with a pool was awesome for family with small kids. We would definitely come back in the future.
