The hotel doesnt have elevator which is a burden especially when you are in the 3rd floor and up. The first room that was given to me was so dusty so i asked to transfer which they provided. Thanks to the staff even if they were having a hard time communicating in english. Location is near Buy Vien if you like party, this is the place. A bit hard to locate but it's good. Great value for money cuz of free breakfast.

Air conditioning was very poor. Breakfast was a bit boring after a few days. No lift so made it difficult to get on the higher floors most rooms do not have windows that’s an extra and they kept on trying to get you into overpriced tours The hotel was a little expensive for what it was

- it's not very clean but it's rather common in Vietnam - we had a few small cockroaches in the room

- Hotel located conveniently in the heart of the touristic zone - staff nice and helpful, speaking limited English but despite it was easy to communicate - breakfast served everyday, similar everyday but fresh and sufficient to start the day

Everything was perfect.

Nice little hotel in the backstreets of Ho Chi Minh District 1. It's pretty basic but perfect if you want to be in the city center and explore the city during the day and night. Just 2 streets away from noisy and crowdedly Bui Vien Food Street, but incredibly quiet, The staff was very helpful, simple but good breakfast in the morning. After the check out we left our luggage till the evening flight home.

If you are keen for a great view then the windows are pretty small here. But the whole of Ho Chi Minh is literally on the doorstep here so there's no need really.

This hotel was fab. It's a super sweet and quirky little hotel in the backstreets of Ho Chi Minh and I enjoyed my stay. It's pretty basic but perfect if you want to be in the centre of things and exploring the city during the day. The staff were delightful and I had a nice and simple breakfast in the morning. They let me store my bag after I checked out and was generally a nice place to stay. Would defo recc for travellers and explorers.

Staff doesn’t speak English. On check out day we were waiting for breakfast for 40 minutes (he didn’t understand, that we were in hurry) though breakfast time was 7:30-9 (we came 7:50). Breakfast is just two eggs with couple of slices tomato and cucumber, tea and banana (all day the same). First night there was no hot water. No soundproof, so we could hear everything what is happening around.

Perfect location (just couple minutes way to bus station), very easy to get to the airport. Near to walking street. Room cleaning every day. They trying their best I guess :)

The employees were so nice and available all the time, Typical local street view from our window - Location with lots of atmosphere but inside wasn’t noisy, They kept our bags after the check-out so we could enjoy the rest of the time in Saigon with no worries.

Nothing major - only thing was that on the last night of our stay we needed to get up at 4.45am to get the train, however someone in the reception area downstairs was making a lot of noise, doing what sounded like unwrapping parcels and ripping sellotape for hours! Also at about midnight a bright light suddenly came on right above our window and flooded the room with light even when curtains were tightly shut (see picture), which hadn't been on any other night - very odd!

Very convenient location in PNL area, close to lots of food and bars and cafes. Our room was spacious and bright, with a big window and a good size ensuite. There is refillable drinking water and teas/kettles available for use for free. Staff were friendly, though English limited.
