Room was small. Decor a little dated & needing some repairs. Pool was unusual but not user friendly. Dining room was not accessible for disabled guests as the floor not serviced by a lift. Some issues with dining staff not English speaking.

a random issue with the electricity suddenly shutting down in the middle of the night. This made me wake up in very early morning without air conditioning; releasing the room card and inserting again solved the problem.

We enjoyed our stay at the Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa. Good location, good buffet breakfast and nice spacious room. Love the wide selection of cable TV channels too! We were upgraded to Premier Deluxe Double which was really lovely. We had a small problem with the bathtub on the first day but it was quickly fixed. To make up for the inconvenience caused to us, the duty manager and his colleague personally sent up a plate of fruits - it was a really nice gesture. We can’t praise the staff enough, everyone from reception to the doormen, housekeeping and at breakfast. They were all efficient, friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

The pool was undercover so not a nice space to swim in, the gym is a tiny room and not possible to work out in and the bathroom flooded every time we showered

For a hotel located on a busy street, found it odd that best rooms overlook that street, and suffer the most noise!

The hotel is in an excellent place to discover Saigon. Many interesting spots are close by. My room was towards the main street but there was no noise that bothered me. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful regarding possible trips or other suggestions. The hotel is not the newest but that did not bother me at all. I would absolutely recommend the hotel to other people!

Bed was not to my liking and pillows were too soft.

The location at district 1 is fantastic. Lots of eateries and near to places of interest eg war museum. District 1 is a common district for pick up for most day trips. Breakfast is good, try the local delights . If you like spa, the services offered are good and there are discounts provided.

Only one item, if the maintenance team could look at the hot water in room 508, it was only warm filling the Spa.

Great choice for breakfast, staff extremely helpful, including the team looking after valet parking for my scooter nothing was ever a problem. Just staff providing a one on one experience.

The room needed more TLC. Stayed in room 1107 With balcony and outdoor whirl pool. There was a sun lounger that a cigarette stumps under from the day we arrived until the day that we left. Shame really because it had great outdoor space Which we would have enjoyed even more after a good day exploring.

There wasn’t another door to separate the toilet from the rest of the bathroom even though it was in a stall by itself. The bathtub was also not cleaned properly because there was gunk in the nozzles and some hair left by previous guests. I didn’t use the bathtub at all due to these problems.

The shower screen drove me mad...water all over the floor and its a very small bathroom. Beds a little hard and pillows not very comfortable.

The shower could be hotter. Water was tepid, not hot enough to really enjoy a shower.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Loved having Netflix and Youtube on TV! Kind gesture by the hotel to throw in beer, water, and soft drinks, replenished every morning, at no additional charge. Being Vietnamese, we really enjoyed the Asian soup noodles at breakfast. Location of hotel is ideal for all the places of interest, so I definitely recommend Harmony Saigon if you are looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable, and convenient base.

the breakfast can have improved the breakfast room is small so some people come to eat but they couldn't find a table so they must wait in the morning if you book a tour it may be possible to don't have time to wait. they have a massage service but it was not so good

everything was good my daughter enjoyed the pool the food that order from restaurant it was really good and you can order to bring you the food at the pool side,very convenient good service for that price

There were tiny little ants by the fridge.

Good breakfast. Great view. Jacuzzi on terrace with great view. Really nice bathroom. Very friendly, helpful, and responsive staff.
