We came here for a weekend away from HCM and it was wonderful. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they are friendly and smiley! The pool was lovely and it’s a real perk having use of the other two hotels via shuttle bus which was always readily available.

Food portions so small , way overpriced for Vietnam , sure they offer small discounts but had to order 3 meals between 2 people each time . Menu could be better , too simple for a resort of this standard . Room could do with a bug spray both in the room and around the pool for ants and small jumping spiders.

Fantastic private pool , great staff , very quiet at this time which was nice and relaxing.

The Beach Box restaurant was not open in the early evening. This was disappointing. Also, the hotel did not have a beach.

Just about everything. Wonderful friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help you. They worked to ensure all guests had an awesome stay. Breakfast was very well presented and very tasty each morning. We found lunch and dinner just as good and the sister hotel was only 5 minute walk with excellent facilities. The room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed and very clean room. The grounds were beautifully maintained with lovely use of nature giving it a very natural feel. Swimming pool and gym were awesome and we spent many hours relaxing there. Great for kids as 2 life guards on duty at all times. All in all a delightful experience and we would come back again.

Not much activities around. We had to move to the Grand HoTram for fun times. Bar was closed so early so we had no place to enjoy nights after 10pm. Breakfast is adequate but not much choices. We had to be mindful of breakfast timing as well given tables at restaurant are limited.

We stayed in a private pool villa and it was amazing. Villa is so spacious, facilities are all new and fully equipped. Coffee is a great one. Staffs are completely friendly and helpful.

Beach bar closed to early (6pm) since there are only few guests stay during weekdays.

Ixora Ho Tram is located at the far end of the village of 5 stars hotels but it is worth it. I travelled during weekdays and it was very calm and peaceful. The hotel is big, beautiful and stylish. The staffs are friendly and willing to help. Gym and pool can access anytime.

The beach in front of the hotel was not nice and clean. The swimming pool was clean but a bit small and didn't have anything to entertain kids.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The room was spacious and comfortable for my family of 4. The check-in was very smooth and we were offered an early check-in. The front staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful new resort! The landscape is very relaxing! Highlight were the friendly staff and who were Very accommodating! I am a picky strict vegetarian allergic to some vegetables and pregnant, ready to work with the menu and the staff (especially Dio) made sure that I knew they had options for me. Surroundings are scarce but there is a lot of construction happening awhile away in the town which will have more amenities/activities over time. But many would love to just relax in the space. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

I would give the place a 10 if the morning buffet has a bit more food. Currently the selection is not as good as other 5-star resort in Ho Tram

Everything is clean and new. The aesthetic is modern but cute at the same time. Staff was helpful, attentive and upgraded us to a better room type out of the blue which is very much appreciated. All and all very great stay!

Over the course of 3 days staying in the villa, the AC in 2 bedrooms were broken at the same time. As a result, I didn't have enough sleep for 2 consecutive nights. I asked the staff to fix it twice but they didn't make much improvement. Moreover, the dining area and number of electric carts is too small to handle the guest capacity of the whole resort, especially during holiday season. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience for a 5-star resort! I wouldn't return to this place or recommend it to anyone. Definitely not worth the price!

The resort's location is close to the night market so it's easy to try different seafood restaurants. The interior design of 3-bedroom villa with garden view is quite nice. The room service meals are also nice but a bit overpriced.

terrible " buffet " served by staff stale half cooked toast inedible 3 day old bacon 20 mins to get a coffee served all staff busy looking at their phones . fake orange squash/juice from concentrate stake crossants muffins cakes.
