Dzung and his wife could not have been any more friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay here as a family with two young children, we could cycle and swim, and visited all the major sites, a perfect base to visit Ninh Binh

We loved everything.

Dzung and his wife have been the best hosts we could have had. They had a great sense of contact, humour and thought of everything to make us feel at home. This is the best homestay we’ve ever done, and the best accommodation in Vietnam. The views of the room were simply stunning and the breakfast was delicious. We’d be very happy to come back again. Located in the middle of limestone karsts. The pool on the rooftop was excellent. The best boat rides are from Trang an boat station only 2km away. We walked. It was really pretty. Limestone honestly has bikes available. We used them a lot - 2km to mua caves through rice paddies or villages. 6km to tam coc. Breakfast was excellent. The owner will help you with activities and transport.

Everything was excellent.

Location was fabulous. Close to all the sites we wanted to see. Bikes provided at no charge. Very handy for getting around. Gzung was a fabulous host. Went out of his way to ensure we had the best time possible. Organised our transport to Hanoi. Breakfast was delicious with pancakes and fresh fruit and fresh juice. Swimming pool was a godsend as the temperatures got up to 38 degrees .

The owners are lovely. From the welcome to the goodbyes, they couldn't have been more kind or helpful. Dep makes the best breakfast. The coffee, juices fruit and pancakes were delicious. Dzung organised our trips, helped with transport, and is very knowledgeable about what to do and when. Great hosts.

This is the second time I come to the Limestone View Homestay. Dung and his wife have a contagious enthusiasm that attracted me back after 7 years. The rooms are very large and comfortable; the view is great and you are bike distance from all the attractions of the area. There is a nice swimming pool, very refreshing after a hot day of tourism. Wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended !

Had an amazing stay! Dzung and his wife were wonderful hosts and were so helpful in planning my time in Ninh Binh. Large, clean, comfortable room and a nice rooftop pool. I liked the location and the homestay provided bicycles for free, so it was easy to cycle to the various attractions close by. My favourite Homestay in Vietnam.

Our hosts Dzung and his wife were superb. Friendly Informative, attentive and always helpful. They made us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. Their breakfast was the best we tasted in Vietnam. The location was great especially as they offer use of free bicycles. For going further afield they arranged a driver for us with no problem.

The property is on a T junction so there's a bit of tooting of horns outside.

Dzung and his wife were so charming and hospitable. Dzung gave us so much information about the local area, including restaurant recommendations, boat trips and other activities. Unfortunately the weather was bad, but we went to the Bai Dihn temple complex (very impressive) and on a boat trip from Trang An. Our tour guide book said this was less commercial than Tam Coc. It was a beautiful experience. But most amazing was Dzung and his beautiful home. He very kindly upgraded us and we had two double beds. The rooms, which he's gradually fitting out himself, are beautiful marble. As you can see from the photos on this site you're right in amongst the limestone peaks. Dzung is very funny too! Lovely breakfasts!

Can’t say enough about how wonderful the host, Dzung, and his wife are. They made me feel welcome immediately. It’s clear that Dzung loves his home and he was so full of information about what to do in the area. He also had free bikes and his wife cooked a delicious breakfast every morning. The location was perfect for seeing the area and just a short walk to a few restaurants. The property is very well kept—clean, large, well-appointed rooms, and beautiful restaurant and roof / pool set in gorgeous scenery. Dzung was quick to answer any questions and provides service that was exceptional.

Nothing really. Everything was so positive.

Dzung and his family are everything you dream of when it comes to hosts. He literally makes you feel like family and takes time to give you a breakdown of everything from food to places to check out. It’s not just a front either because each time we arrived back from an adventure he was there to greet us and ask if we needed anything. On top of that, he offered my girlfriend and I bicycles for free and it proved to be such a bonus for our stay. We took them all the way to Tam Coc, through the rice fields and to Trang An for our boat tour. Oh and the morning breakfast hit the spot. Loads of fresh fruit, coffee, pancakes and freshly squeezed juice. Rooms were spacious. We had a backyard view and loved the balcony overlooking the neighborhood. No noise issues here, because each night we slept DEEP. This is a perfect getaway if you’re looking to be close to things but a few streets off the hustle and bustle. Dzung will literally make you wish you stayed longer in Ninh Binh after all is said and done.

Absolutely gorgeous views and the best hospitality we encountered on our trip through SE Asia. Dzung and his wife were amazing hosts, always there to help with anything we needed. Breakfast every morning with a view of the mountains was very nice and included a variety of fresh fruits. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious.

The warmest welcome you can imagine, we were treated like family. We checked in very early and out very late, were given a choice of rooms, delicious breakfasts, had laundry done and got excellent local knowledge. Super comfortable beds. Lovely views in all directions. Perfect location for Trang An caves, much nicer than staying in Ninh Binh.
