Even though the resort is next to the beach, there is not much space for the kids to enjoy the sand. Secondly, they have a good spread for breakfast but it's a bit difficult for a vegetarian guy to enjoy breakfast. You can simply have fruit, bread and sweet potatoes. The AC in room 205 takes atleast 20-30 minutes to cool the room. Hope they can service the AC to get a faster cooling.

The resort is located next to the beach. They have many photo points for Instagram. The resort is very clean. The owner speaks English, so you can easily communicate. The staff is friendly. You can communicate with the staff using translator apps. They have free shuttle service to pick and drop in Grand bazaar. Simply give them a call for pickup.

The beach was a bit rocky and didn’t seem very clean despite the staff’s valiant efforts to keep it clean. Not the property’s fault at all; they did the best they could to make everything perfect. However, the pool was right by the sea, so I felt like I got the full experience. The room was lovely but not remarkable. However, it was very comfortable, and for the price, I don’t think it could be beat.

It was right in the beach and had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The resort very pretty and not crowded, and the food at the restaurant had reasonably-priced and tasty Vietnamese food. The real winners were the staff, who did everything they could to make it a lovely stay. I was even upgraded for free upon arrival! The view was truly stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful and serene. It wasn’t crowded, and the pool overlooking the sea was beautiful.

Cats and dog walk around and get close to clients, even jump on table while you’re eating. Staff speaks limited English so communication is not super smooth. Staff can be loud around clients, for example watching online videos with high volume or talking to each others during relaxing massages. That can ruin the peace guests are looking for.

Air con didnt cool the room that well, staff didnt speak very good english and didnt really try to set the tables with napkins and fresh table cloths also the food was quite expensive

Beach was OK they did try to clean up the plastic bottles but like most beaches rubbish is becoming a problem, the sea isnt clear and quite a few rocks to walk over when wading out. Swimming pool was excellent like a warm bath. WIFI isnt the best dropping in and out, the bungalow its self was comfy with a nice view of the pool. Good choice of breakfast

The beach was a little bit dirty, but maybe we simply had something else in mind. A play area for kids would be greatly appreciated for those traveling with kids. The bathroom doors should be replaced, we were in 2 different rooms and the doors could definitely be better in both rooms. The air conditioners seem to need a little bit of maintenance, they are under dimensioned or they were simply struggling to cool down the rooms with the extreme heat during the days we were there... Double pane windows and better insulation would go a long way on keeping the rooms cool and saving energy

The food was incredible. We were not expecting to get such good food from the resort restaurant. There are a lot of plants and trees, which sets a green vibe. The cabins also look nice during the night with the lights they have placed.

The resort was beautiful, close to theme parks and attractions. The staff were so helpful if we wanted a lift to or from they would take us anytime. And in general the staff were very accommodating throughout our whole stay. It was peaceful and an amazing place. Will definitely stay again and would recommend

The pool table needs new balls and was uneven, this really bugged my other half lol. We absolutely loved our stay, one small criticism, I would suggest getting the bar staff to come around the pool during the day and ask guests if they would like drinks or give them the menu. I’m sure this would increase their sales and also help the staffs”confidence with their English.

We loved huyah she’s lovely speaks good English. The pool and rooms are lovely, such a calm, therapeutic place to stay. We hired a moped for 2 days, and is really close to grand world. We ended up asking to stay an extra night as we didn’t want to leave.

The beds are on the hard side and the final account did not match our expectations. We stayed 4 days and it was hard to remember how many beers we had, but surely we were overcharged (we believe it was simply lack of organization). Wifi not always available (depends on rooms).

After traveling around Vietnam for a couple of weeks, we were happy to relax! The hotel is in a very calm area and not close to any facilities, which was what we were looking for. There is however a free shuttle service to Grand World (a complex of restaurants, bars, shops designed for tourists). The staff is great (with the little English they speak), room was big and sea front, the pool is big and clean, breakfast is ok, food in general very good!

Everything was great - from the hospitality, to the views, the pool and the spacious room! I got food poisoning in Phu Quoc and needed to go to the hospital during the middle of the night, and one of the staff literally just drove us there in minutes! This meant a lot, as me and my partner were both panicked with me being so sick, and the guy sleeping at the reception took us to the closest hospital without hesitation at 1am. Will forever stay in our hearts
