The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tien was especially friendly and provided great customer service. The location was great within walking distance to Bai truoc, very close to Xom luoi market, many restaurants nearby. We had a very good experience at the hotel. We would stay here again.

- small room - on my arrival the staff just gave me the access card to the room without showing and explanation where to find what (e.g. terrace, kitchen, etc.), so I had to find out on my own. - no view at all, window of assigned room just showed a wall.

- friendly staff - overall clean (but not completely) - quiet room - bed was big and comfy

A few minor issues, but nothing worth complaining about. Plus, hotel staff solved any problem that arose. Our stay overall was excellent and I would book again.

It's close to beach and lots of other attractions. Got a huge discount on the room, during a busy holiday time which turned a good stay into a great one!

Things I did not like: Hot water in shower never came on. Animal noises from outside wake you up very early, can hear neighbours upstairs dragging furniture around late at night (probably a trundle bed), no soundproofing, the apartment is located next to an entertainment venue which was noisy until 11pm four out of the six nights I stayed.

Things I liked: Good kitchen, washing machine, airconditioning, block out curtains, customer service, friendliness of the staff, location close to beach, 24 hour Family Mart nearby, the bed is comfortable, nice pillows and sheets, Netflix, new fresh apartment.

The receptionists and staff are very cheerful and enthusiastic. Room is clean, fully equipped. If I have the opportunity to come to Vung Tau, I will recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Didn’t feel like it was 100% clean, ants in the room, and they had to come spray with ant spray. This would be just an OK hotel, but of course, for the price you cannot expect a Ritz Carlton.

Staff we’re all very nice, and the back patio was huge! Bigger than the room.

Pillow was too big, kitchen chairs and table a bit cheap and nasty. Balcony door lock broken.

Close to front beach, comfortable and clean bed. Sufficient kitchenware in the apartment. Hot water in the afternoon from solar. Would not hesitate to recommend to others or to stay there again.

Location is excellent. Quiet street close to cafe and restaurants. Short walk to lively bars. Amazing brand new clean room with massive balcony with beautiful views. Excellent staff friendly and helpful. All good to bring my guest to the room. Laundry service was excellent. Overall for the price this Hotel was superb. I would stay again. Thank you to the reception management and housekeeping for delivering exceedingly good service. Highly recommend

My room wasn't available for my first night so the fella on reception organised for me to stay nextdoor in the Jolilian. I was woken before 5am by cockle doodle do's from a large group of roosters who didn't shut up all morning so I could only half fall back asleep. When I finally checked into the Milannesa, I didn't have hand soap and the room was small.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was a nice temperature.

The front desk guy was playing a stupid game when we checked in by refusing to honor the confirmation that we have a reservation for 2 rooms backed up by Booking.com, which includes confirmation and pin numbers. Afterward, he said they only have one room available, and if we want to stay together, he leads us to a nearby hotel in which one of the two rooms there were small and smells like cigarettes smoking . We ended up splitting up one of us staying in that nearby hotel, and the rest staying at Melinesa in which their room is very tiny with 2 queen size beds situated side by side making it hard to climb on. The towels were also smelly , the bottle of water in the room is not free, they charged 10.000 đồng/ each unlike other hotel it's free of charge. We'd like Booking.com to work with this hotel to clarify this issue, and no such nonsense will happen in the future to all travelers.

The room was clean, and the location is within the walking distance to the Bãi Sau beach.

The room was different to the one I booked. The wifi was really temperamental. The window opened onto a central shaft. The window blind was broken. The room was too small for its two double beds.

Good location, close to the beach and restaurants.
