Good ac in rooms, alot of swimming pools

In case there's no one at the reception, you need to head up to the reception of the Mui Ne HillsBliss Hotel as they are part of the same entity. However, they should at least have a sign to make this clear, as we spent a while looking around for somewhere to check in.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the breakfast choice was good.

Only downside was we had issues with another guest being loud, waking us up early hours of the morning, however this wasn’t the staff’s fault but did slightly impact our stay.

Goo location, up a slight hill but that’s not a major issue. We stayed in the private rooms and they were lovely with their own pool

Several cockroaches got into our room as there is a gap under the front door, breakfast wasn’t great

Hard bed in the dorm, too short duvets (but i get one extra after asking). Very cold in the sleeping room. No curtains on beds. No soap in bathroom. Bathroom has not be cleaned for two days and there were many people in the dorm.

Staff were a bit bland and nobody at reception when we got there. You have to go up to bliss hotel which was not sign posted anywhere

Very good location. You see people complaining about the hill, If you struggle with walking up the hill then maybe its good for you that you are walking up the hill for a bit of exercise. Nice pool, clean toilets and sick views

We were told that the swimming pool at Mui Ne Hills Bliss hotel was part of the budget hotel also, however we were charged 100k each to use a sunbed here which was a bit annoying as none of the other guests appeared to be charged. This was never mentioned when the receptionist told us about the additional pools.

The rooms were very big and comfortable. The whole place was very clean. There is one swimming pool at Mui Ne Hills Budget hotel however this one is always covered with shade due to the hotel blocking the sun. There are 2 more pools further up a hill at Mui Ne Backpackers Bliss Hotel.

This hotel is part of a complex of budget friendly accommodation a short distance up the hill from the main Mui Ne strip. It has several small swimming pools which are great for kids, plus western style food, and many travel services offered. The main pool is great for relaxing with a few beers especially around sunset.

The AC was not working in our room but once we said at the front desk we were immediately moved to a room where it did so top quality service.

Staff at front desk were very helpful, room was clean, drinks were nice and poolside was peaceful.

This review is for Mui Ne Hills Bliss Hotal as this was where I was checked in upon arrival. Only minor issue was a faulty door lock but this was sorted asap.

The bar and restaurant are over priced, literally go down the alley and you pay 1/3 for a beer and food! no wonder there’s no atmosphere! The bar manager, which is the sister of one of the owners is very rude and should not work in a place like that! A bar with so much potential should be heaving every nite even when quieter season. Also morning and early afternoon play some chill music and not loud base music… Not impressed at all 🥴

In my dorm my shower was not working and the response rate on booking chat was really late.

Welcoming personnel and perfect location with nice swimming pool, in a street with cheap booking options and food.

Beds are not good. Gap in the balcony door that let bugs in. No free water (only hotel in SEA that hasn’t provided any) Also no bin in the room. Wi-fi went off sporadically.

Pool area is good, great for relaxing. Nice local restaurants nearby. Walk up to it is steep but fine.

Nice private pool but also you have access to the hostel pool. Room was a little dated but huge and comfortable. A short 2 min walk down the hill, you can book the dunes at a good rate!
