AustraliaNeeds a car to get to local food. But it’s all good since we stay there only for 2 nights. We ate at the hotel restaurant. Hotel is very close to Trang An and Tam Coc.
Spacious hotel rooms. Lots of facilities to enjoy…. Indoor swimming pool is a plus for cold weather. Staff are excellent. Spa and massage rooms are very nice. We enjoy our time staying there for 2 nights.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner inside the hotel is very delicious, particularly Pho is so yummy! The hotel decor is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable.

Breakfast was good with many options to choose from (Vietnamese/Asian, European) and dinner at the restaurant was very enjoyable. General Manager mr. Ha and his staff/colleagues (Mr. Hoan, amongst others) are great and give very good service. They'll help you in every possible way. It was very pleasant to see how nice the staff interacts with each other and that they enjoy their work.

SlovakiaSome socialist practices. Waking up by the cleaning lady before 6am. Inadequate property maintenance. Breakfast only until 9am and the restaurant only until 10pm. But probably the most ill-mannered visitors of bus tours from China.
The hotel is at a higher level than other accommodation facilities in this category in Vietnam. Large, well-equipped room, 2 swimming pools and at least part of the staff speaking English. Prices in restaurants and wellness are high for local conditions, but still affordable compared to prices in Europe. The hotel offers organized tours of all the surrounding attractions. If you want to discover this beautiful place individually, they will give you the necessary information.

United KingdomI'm not really sure. If there was one thing I would liked to have seen it would have been the Sky Bar at the top of B block. However this was currently undergoing refurbishment so understandably we were not able to go.
Where to begin.. First of all the staff were incredible; friendly, helpful, every one with a decent to fluent standard of English (As well as some other languages I heard Korean and Chinese too). Free shuttle bus to and from the bus/train station; we arrived a couple of hours early (Check in usually 14:00) but staff were happy to accommodate and managed to have our room ready by 12:00 sharp. We also received a free upgrade to the 5* suites! Now, the food. What can we say but amazing. Top quality standard all hours of the day; the chefs were happy to meet with guests and obviously had a real passion for their craft. Often fancy hotel or restaurant food is not quite worth the price tag but in this instance I can definitely say it was (the beef with pepper sauce is a personal favourite). Facilities. We had full access to the library, both swimming pools, a tennis/badminton court, and the billiards room, complete with a poolside bar. There was also a spa which was discounted for guests, although unfortunately we did not have time to try it out. The swimming pools were clean and spacious, with pool attendants handing out towels on entry. The room. Our room was quite simply incredible. The usual TV, free water, fruit and tea/coffee set was complimentary; however we also had access to 05:00-22:00 room service and a mini bar. The bathroom was excellent and boasted a large shower and even a bath! (Very rare for VN). Overall we couldn't be happier with the quality of service; we came away feeling refreshed and ready to get back to busy day-to-day work life. A special thanks to all the staff and Mr. Hung for making us feel so welcome, we look forwards to seeing you again. Post note: apologies for the lack of photos, it did not cross our minds as we were having too much fun!

LiechtensteinUpon first impression, it's evident this hotel suffers from neglect, evident in the pervasive mold, damaged amenities, and overall lack of maintenance. Despite the gesture of a welcome cake, the incorrect room names on the welcome letters immediately set a tone of disorganization. On top, the bed and pillows are too hard and thick. Our dining experiences further compounded our disappointment. The all-day dining option showcased inattentive staff and a notable lack of care in service. The quality of the food, particularly the pizzas, left much to be desired. The odd texture of the pizza dough and the incorrect preparation of our order was frustrating. Breakfast, a hallmark of any reputable establishment, was another letdown. For a purported 5-star hotel, the absence of a coffee machine was surprising. The brewed coffee, left in a large container akin to tea, was not only cold but also excessively strong. The use of instant noodles in one of the dishes further underscored the lack of attention to detail and quality. Miscommunications persisted throughout our stay, exemplified by errors in food orders and careless service at the live station. Despite clear instructions, our requests were repeatedly mishandled, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Even the basic amenities, such as electricity, proved unreliable due to frequent power outages. The reliance on a generator during specific hours disrupted our comfort and added to the overall dissatisfaction. Given these numerous shortcomings, we had no choice but to cut our stay short and vow never to return to this establishment. The lack of care and attention to detail across all aspects of our experience left a lasting negative impression.
We traveled to Ninh Binh only to see Trang An. This hotel is very close to Trang An. It only takes about 12 minutes to reach the location and about 5 minutes to the Hoa Lu old town. Located in the villa area so it's rather quiet.
