We didn't have hot water, although it was at maximum, it wasn't very disturbing but for others it could be. An annoying thing was the fact that in the bathroom there were many small ants on the toilet bowl, the toilet lid and around, I killed them every time I went to the toilet, the view was not exactly great but that's not what I came for. The cleaning service is not done on weekends, I went down to ask for new towels and toilet paper. We stayed 2 nights and on the first night for 3 hours there was a lot of noise, the furniture was moved or at least the noises seemed to be, the knocked with a hammer or other instruments and ran up the stairs and talked loudly. On the last day, at 7 o'clock in the morning, there was again noise, knocking and talking very loudly, which woke us up early in the morning.

Although the entrance is a bit weird and hard to find, the staff was kind, we checked in late because our flight was delayed and we kept in touch with the receptionist via WhatsApp, they allowed us to leave a little later than the normal checkout time because they didn't have any booking right after us. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked as expected, the smart TV was new and perfectly working, nice smelling and clean towels. 10 min from Bui Vien walking street.

Its not very insulated so you can hear noise from neighbours and the elevator with people coming and going late at night. The room was brand new so still did not have bath towel hooks or small finishes like closet handles.

Location was great, in the centre of District 1 but slightly set back from the main roads. The apartment/room was brand new and clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful during check in and check out and any needs we had during our stay.

I stayed here just for a night but I wish I stayed longer. It's like a little service apartment with a small kitchen and stuff. It didn't feel cramped at all. I was a bit surprised that the toilet didn't have a bidet but the room is cozy. The staff was really helpful and accomodating. The location is great too.

The water pressure at night was very weak , couldn’t flush the toilet until morning.

Lovely studio apartment in district 1. Good value for money and good location. Only stayed 1 night as I’d miss a flight . They were very accommodating let me have late check out as I had a migraine and didn’t charge me . Also the girls at reception were very helpful helped me order a grab taxi to airport.
