Breakfast couldn’t have been a little better. Banana pancakes were soggy and the fruit was the same everyday.

The beds were the comfiest we’d slept in through out our whole Vietnam trip! Great views from the room and from the rooftop bar. Absolutely loved our stay here and slept fantastically. Aircon was great too!

You can hear some noise from the corridors.

The room was big and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was also tasty, and they even offered to make some takeaway pancakes the day I was leaving because it was before breakfast time, very kind staff. My room also had partial views over the mountains and the rice fields, which was great. Keep in mind there is a 15-minute walk (uphill) to reach the centre. I arrived late and they provided transportation. Also, I did some laundry, and it smelled good.

Tam was above and beyond. She made our first time in Sapa flawless and memorable. She planned for all of our 2 days requests: Sapa tour and village tour. She also carved out time to organize a birthday celebration (flowers, cake, hot pot) at her homestay( rooftop wasn't available due to the rain and wind). She's very trustworthy and genuine

The rooftop bar did not function when we were there, which is a shame, because the view seemed to be amazing from the rooftop.

Close to the city center (about 10 mins walk), but remote enough to be quiet and relaxing. We had the room with the mountain view which is indeed amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The location was 2km away from the Sapa market and quite hard to find a cheaper taxi to go anywhere compared to other cities in the Vietnam

The room was spacious and the facility provided was really good. Easy to go to Sapa station. Food was really good and staff were really friendly.

Not a proper shower, but just one squeeze next to toilet. Also, a bit noisy in the morning with people talking out loud, voice of kids. Not sure if they were other guests, or hotel staff family.

Breakfast was good! Location was ok. Not too close to city centre, but the walk was just 15mins. Good if you want to get to know on your way out/back.

This property is a gem! It is not too expensive, it is close to many attractions like the Moana, there’s a wide range of choices for free breakfast, rooms are equipped with everything you need (microwave, fridge, tv, kettle, etc). Plus, the people at the reception were very kind to let us leave our luggages at the hotel.

We only have a handful of things that we “didn’t like” - The breakfast was bland but free so it is what it is. The shower space is very small, it’s a wet room and hangs just between the toilet and sink, minimal room and slippery. And then the roof terrace is a fantastic idea but isn’t being used, it would be nice to make it warmer, offer some blankets, wind proof and maybe some board games.

We really loved our stay here, the view from our room was really gorgeous and the decor was authentic, modern and clean. The manager went above and beyond for us and put us in touch with a fantastic homestay in Ta Van! The beds were amazing, the best sleep I’ve had in ages, so snug!

First of all the we were welcomed by the owner who was instantly very friendly and accommodating, the room was lovely & clean, the bed was so comfy and the staff couldn’t be more willing to help you out. We even got sent a list of things to do locally which was really helpful
