Having a bidet in the washrooms would be a huge upgrade.

It was tucked away from the busyness of Hanoi. They also had a scheduled free shuttle which is great if you want to go to the shopping district or Old Quarter. Staff was exceptional.

Its not 100% newly renovated so you see a few kinks here and there, but nothing major. Sadly we had no time to try out all the nice things here (like the pool and restaurant).

Great and quite big apartment in a quiet part of town. Could sleep without earplugs. Restaurants and shops close by, Grab taxis easily available and there even is a shuttle bus to get you to downtown every day. Perfect contrast to busy and chaotic Hanoi. Washing machine even had detergent ready. Moskito nets at the window, what more could you need? Much better than other places I have stayed at in Vietnam that had better reviews, so it looks like they no not fake anything! Be careful of places that are too well rated especially in Hanoi and other big cites.

Although I had sent a request when booking for twin beds in one room, this wasn't arranged but an extra bed was found - at extra cost. We were told it would be an extra 800,000 dong then when we came to pay, it was $800,000 dong per night which wasn't made clear. Annoying when we didn't get a reply to our request in the first place.

Breakfast was excellent as was the management of the restaurant, staff etc. Staff were very friendly and obviously trained to keep the restaurant clean and tidy at all times. Food at other times was excellent. Situated in a lovely area with plenty of small streets to explore and great French-style cafes. Lovely grounds and a well-stocked mini supermarket on site. This place was a welcome change from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city.

The bed was good but a bit on the hard side. It would have been nice to have a bidet. But these are minor in comparison to the entire facility and expierence.

The staff was wonderful and so accommadating. The breakfast was very good. The entire complex was very clean. The pool was great and the onsite massage was very good.

Location is a bit far to get to the tourist sites Did use the shuttle service to get to the old quarter area of Hanoi Would be great if the establishment had a few more late afternoon shuttle service pickups from the opera house area

Not a very walkable location to restaurants and the breakfast although nice, did not have the usual "Western" continental breakfast options but rather a rotating different main meal (like chicken, pasta) which was a bit strange.

The location was close to the conference I was attending and the room was spacious and had everything needed to cook and even a washing machine with laundry powder which was very convenient.

Nice playroom! Great value for money to stay in big apartment for the same price as a hotel room. They gave us free breakfast even though we hadn't ordered it. Great location near to good restaurants and quieter area in Westlake.

The internet connection could be better.

We stayed in DSW for almost a year. It is a comfortable, spacious, and secluded place in a hectic city. The staff made us feel at home and meticulously cared for our daily needs. When we returned this time only for a short night, a beautiful bouquet was waiting for us in our room. We can't wait till our next stay there.

Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of variety. It’s far from the center. We didn’t have an apartment with a view.

It is very peaceful, the apartments are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak English. It’s nice to have a supermarket on the grounds.
