Beautiful location surrounded by rice fields and mountains. Nice pool area. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and fresh fruits. The rooms were comfortable and good sized. We were able to borrow some bicycles for free to go for a ride to some sights. We did have an issue with some bugs in the bathroom but it wasn't too bad. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing location right next to the rice fields and a short walk out of the main town. We loved the quaint bungalows and chilling out on the terrace.

Lovely hosts cared for everything. Good breakfast with amazing fruit selection. We liked the dinner too. We got plenty of information about the tours and activities in the area. The room was comfortable, big! I liked the footh bath in the evenings.

Service was above and beyond. The owners were so lovely and hospitable, greeting us with fresh juice every time we returned to the hotel. They let us hang out and use the shower well after we had checked out and even gave us a bag of snacks to take with us. The outdoor shower was a cool feature as well.

Location was close to town but away from busy tam coc. Very relaxing and quieter. The staff were extremely friendly and customer service was 10/10. Made you feel very welcome and helped with organising tours and good local knowledge. We loved there hospitality beautiful people

There is no TV in the room. But we did not miss it a great deal.

- Staff was very friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. Service is excellent. Loved the nightly foot bath and cold tea served at the reception. - Special shout out to Anna the manager who was very helpful in arranging day tours for us in Ninh Binh. She also helped us to secure bus tickets to Hanoi. - The hotel was very clean and quiet, surrounded by lush green paddy fields and limestone mountains. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

Good communication. We arranged transport from CatBa to Ninh Binh which went very smooth! Bikes were easy to get around and the location is perfect!

Anna the host was amazing, and the welcome snack and drink on arrival was lovely after a long travel day. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with so much on offer, especially the local Vietnamese cuisine. The bikes to get around were perfect, location nice and quiet but close to everything. We went with our 7 year old daughter and she loved it, especially the pool. Highly recommend.

These are the nicest people in the world! Foot bath nightly! Free bike to ride (easily able to go anywhere we wanted - the distances are not that far).

The stay was excellent. All aspects. The staff were exceptional, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the facilities are great (lovely pool). Highlights for us were the amazing breakfast spread, and the complimentary herbal foot baths.

We had the best time at this hotel. From start to finish we found the staff were so friendly and helpful-our room was spacious and comfortable-and the food at their restaurant superb! Also their breakfast are the best we have experienced during our time in Vietnam. Location is gorgeous, just grab one of the bikes they supply and cycle around the rice fields to the river. This was our favourite hotel during our trip. Highly recommend!

I had read reviews for here prior to trip and they lived up to them and more. Really lovely property, wonderful staff: felt well cared for from even before we arrived. Absolutely lovely people. Bungalow was cool, slept well, bathroom good, hot water and clean towels. Breakfast amazing: too much to eat and such wonderful fruits. Pool excellent and needed at the end of the day. Lovely cinnamon tea given to us when we returned from outings. Bikes were so fun and in good repair and made sight seeing so easy. Setting is wonderful: picturesque and feels away from town but still so close. Highlight of Vietnam staying here.

The bathroom was clean but our shower head was really old. The handle for the hand shower was broken and was dangling on a zip tie. The water pressure was a bit weak. Otherwise, it worked fine.

The staff was amazing. They provided 5 star service and they were so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff helped us get a personal driver for a day and they also provided laundry service.
