restaurant: the restaurant is quite spacious but the arrangement of tables & chairs is not efficient. Breakfast buffet is way too packed into just a small space in the middle of the restaurant. i went at 9am and could not find a table. Staffs suggested me to sit at any available seat (i.e. to sit with other family). in reality, staffs could be flexible by splitting tables as the most popular arrangement now is connecting 2 to 3 tables together for family of 4 to 8 people. management of Victoria could consider reading the Psychology of space!

The food could do with a bit more seasoning. Also it's better to walk along the beach to get in the sea as it's quite rocky the sea by the bungalows.

We absolutely loved this resort. We had a beachfront bungalow (definitely treat yourself to this) so we could get room service to our terrace and have wine with the sounds of the sea. The staff were very kind and helpful. Also the bathroom is INCREDIBLE. There is an outdoor shower and huge indoor bathroom as well. We also made the most of the spa, again you can listen to the sounds of the sea as you are being massaged. It is such a relaxing and beautiful place.

1) single bed is tiny (not comfy ) ; 2) hotel is out of town and isolated ( no close shops or restaurants) 3) it's is impossible to swim ( as waves are too strong) 4)all food in restaurant is too spicy ( including breakfast option) even you asked for non- spicy dishes , water in room is too expensive ; 5) Difficult to communicate in English with some staff ( especially with young lady at the reception) 6) hotels are allowed non-residents to busy a day pass for gym and swimming pool ( so it can be overcrowded )

Facilities are quite tired, need a refresh, maintenance, repairs. Second stay, same blocked toilets. A little remote, no local restaurants.

The dinner at the restaurant was expensive and the food did not live up to the expectation of a 4 star resort.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a few issues initially with a broken door lock and a fold out bed not being comfortable and put together properly, but the staff couldn't have been more willing to help and fix our issues. They were unable to fix the door quickly, so they upgraded us to a better room. The breakfast was great and the pool and beach was clean and beautiful. The massages were relaxing, I would highly recommend.

I did not like that I rented the Family Bungalow but I had to pay extra for my family. The bungalow came with a single bed. I had to pay extra for my son and a bed for him to use. Do not call a regular room a family bungalow when it is not set up for a family. I felt like the advertising for the room was misleading.

Staff were friendly overall but unresponsive at times. We had issues with ordering meals for room service and a buggy to move our bags (long wait time, when following up they simply said 'soon soon working on it' with no real commitment.)

Breakfast buffet was good, standard fare you get in most Vietnamese resorts. A good mix of local and western options. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Both swimming pools are nice and clean. The seaside bungalow was very comfortable and spacious.

However, the toilet seat was cracked, hope the resort will fix it. I think the resort should widen the road because the current road can only accommodate 1 tram, I had to step on the grass to make way for it.

The service of the resort is really good. - Friendly reception staff. Instruct and explain in detail the regulations as well as the rights of customers. - Bungalow 09 is the place I chose to stay. Its location is quite good, near the infinity pool and restaurants. The room is clean, spacious, uses warm yellow lights, and has a welcome fruit and card. - L'Oceane Restaurant's food is delicious. A compliment to the chef who cooked the noodle with grilled pork, the portion is large and suits my taste. You should also try the seafood dragon fruit salad. The breakfast buffet is varied, spicy Sichuan-style chicken is very tasty and moderately spicy. I haven't had a chance to try Pho here yet. I will go back and enjoy it. - The resort has many free services but I have not had much time to experience it.

There was a big telly in the room but only Vietnamese channels and fuzzy picture. To be honest it really didn't bother us.

Our room was huge, with separate living area room with kitchen area (full size fridge/freezer), 2 plate hob, sink, kettle. Bedroom was very big (superking+) and plenty of storage. Bathroom was massive with large walk in shower, 2 sinks and jacuzzi bath. At the front was a decent size plunge pool and views to the front were the pretty gardens and the sea. Nice touches when we got back every evening to find curtains drawn and biscuits/cakes and fairytale left in the room. 2 bottles of complimentary water provided in the room every day. Breakfast was lovely - choices of traditional Vietnamese food, croissants and pastries, cereal, tropical fruit, fruit juices. We ate dinner in the restaurant a couple of times. Food was nice, staff extremely attentive and lovely setting, looking over the sea. Absolutely loved the glasses of coffee with condensed milk at the bottom, then the coffee, fill with ice and drink through a straw. My husband couldn't cope with the tea, but the staff always brought him a pot of English Breakfast tea as soon as we came in which he was very happy with. 2 large swimming pools; one infinity pool with views to the sea and the other was quieter (most days we had it completely to ourselves between 11 - 4 which was wonderful). We had a massage in the hotel spa; very reasonably priced. My husband said it was the best massage he has ever had. The Jacuzzi in the spa is free to hotel guests. Great location; so peaceful. All you could hear was the sea. Hotel is a 35 minute walk to the shops and restaurants or a 5 minute Grab (around £1.50). Quite a lively walk with all the motorbikes and cars to negotiate, but completely safe. We tended to walk in and get a Grab back once we'd loaded ourselves up with bottles of water. Good choice of restaurants and shops in general.

There is no shuttle service to or from the train station or any nearby attractions from this hotel. There are no shops nearby, so if you need to travel out, you must grab, which is quite expensive. The laundry service is pricey. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was tasty but expensive.

The receptionist greeted us with ginger juice in what appeared to be coconut cups. The buggy will transport our belongings to our room. We had a garden view room, room number 4, and stayed for three nights. It's only a few steps to the beach. When we arrived in the room, the air conditioning was turned on. The room includes a beach bag and beach towels. The housekeeper will come twice to check on the room. In the evening, they will bring down the sleeping net, some snacks, and the day's story. The room has been thoroughly cleaned. I can hear sound waves in the room, which is very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is the same for all three days of our stay. You can sit in the restaurant that faces the sea.

1.I was badly bitten by insects....?mites, ?sandfliesduring my stay in this resort. There was no in house nor visiting medical doctor care . Only a nurse was available for medical care. 2.Very infrequently there was hotel staff strolling along the beach and thank heavens these personel could relay hotel guests' order to the distant bar for drinks
