It was all good!

We were welcomed by the owner and staff and helped to settle in. The service while we were three was great and the owner helped us out when the transfer we booked ourselves didn't show up! We made it to the airport with time to spare. Gorgeous garden setting, our cabin was on the lagoon. It was a beautiful setting. The small kitchen was well equipped so we could make meals there when we wanted to. Good location for getting a bus into central Port Vila, walking distances to resort and restaurants. Air con in one of the bedrooms was great. My kids are teenagers but the pool was the perfect size for small kids to play safely in reach of their parents.

Our cooker worked perfectly, but it is showing signs of age, and the TV has limited channels, but there are DVDs available on request. These points are quite minor... we didn't come to watch TV :)

We had a beach / Lagoon facing bungalow and fantastic views. A large patio facilitated outside dining. Inside, it had lots of space with a living and dining area plus a kitchenette and a large fridge freezer. 2 bedrooms .Only the main bedroom had air con, but it was so efficient that leaving the bedroom door open , adequately cooled the living area as well. The resort is well kept, and the owner, Chris, and his staff are exceptionally friendly and can't do enough for you. Throw in the fact that it has a pool, and all in all, it covers all the bases. The resort offers good value . We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay .

The accommodation is in a great location. This is only topped by the great staff, especially Chris. A really great host and nothing was too much trouble. We loved the pool and the facilities are great for kids with direct access to the lagoon!

We can't complain about anything.

We were 4 adults (30-65yrs) and two kids (8&10). Location was great. Was only a 5-10min bus ride to the centre of town (800vatu each way for our whole group). We caught a bus almost every day and never had to wait long to find one. Was much cheaper than hiring a car for our trip. A 10min walk in the other direction is a couple of nice restaurants. Supermarkets close by. Lagoon was lovely to swim in, go snorkeling about 50m out and there's fish. The pool at the apartments was used everyday and was great for night swims too. Garden around the apartments is beautiful. Staff were super helpful and also organised a bus for us to use for half a day to see the turtle sanctuary and blue lagoon which saved us a lot of money rather than booking a tour. Not far round the corner, next to the Warwick you catch a taxi boat over to Erakor island for 2000Vatu adults and 1000vatu kids (50% of the fare is redeemable at the restaurant on the island). We went on a Thursday and enjoyed their melanisian feast and fire show at night.

Nothing it was absolutely perfect for what we paid.

Chris Flavi & Sarah took awesome care of us during our stay. We felt like part of the family by the time we left. The location is simply outstanding .. right on the lagoon in a perfect area for swimming with buses at the end of the driveway within 2 minutes of walking there. They organised a round island trip with William which I would also highly recommend. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality. We would stay again in a heartbeat

Everything! Pacific lagoon is in a fantastic location, very clean, great size villas, pool was a huge hit, snorkeling on your doorstep, buses easy to catch to town. Chris, his family and staff were very easy to chat too and readily available which we are very grateful for. The housekeeping did a marvelous job! It was truely a piece of paradise and we cannot wait to return!

Pacific Lagoon has lovely spacious villas beside the lagoon. Easy access to Port Vila by bus from the top of the driveway. Chris, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here despite the weather!!

We love the location and it’s so great to be able to use a kitchen occasionally and BBQ some good Vanuatu beef! Two bedrooms so we had space and step of the patio into the lagoon. Wi fi connection was a bit on and off. Beds are quite firm.

Fantastic quiet location. The units were so well equipped with all that was needed for our 10 day stay. Good kitchen and outdoor verandahs for outdoor dining. Lovely garden setting right on the lagoon with a gorgeous little swimming pool on site. Chris the Manager was very welcoming and attentive. Thank you Chris ,and the delightful staff. Units beautifully serviced daily.

Good location. Easy to flag down a local bus to go to the supermarket or Port Vila town. Lovely garden setting for the accommodation. Our unit looked out to the lagoon which was lovely. Very quiet. Chris, the manager, was extremely helpful. Well equipped kitchen so easy to prepare meals.

There wasn’t much not to like. You get what you pay for but in a good way. The only thing I would say is that the queen bed was a little uncomfortable and no air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom would be hard to manage in the hotter months but was fine for us!

Everything was great at Pacific Lagoon apartments, we loved our stay and wish we had stayed longer. The staff were amazing so friendly and knowledgeable about Vanuatu places to go and visit. My son asked a lot of questions and they were happy to answer and spend time with him! Loved the bathroom and the shell feature area it was beautiful!
