Right on the beach, beautiful views, clean and peaceful. Beauty at the front desk is so friendly, and our dog had the best time missioning to the beach from the room.

I liked the fact that the studio apartment were away of the main house and you could enjoy true peace and quiet. Really a sanctuary.

The apartment downstairs smelled musty and was a bit dark. In addition, we heard each step of the people in the room above. Would definitely book one of the upper rooms next time (also due to safety reasons).

If I must split hairs, I'd say that some of the mattresses are REALLY hard. The bed in Room 4, however, was super comfortable. It would also be nice if the sliding windows could have safety latches so that they can be opened a little bit for ventilation.

Beach Music is situated right above the world-famous Super Tubes. It has ample space for socialisation, which our family group used to its fullest. It is a gem, and I believe we will stay there again.

The location is perfect being so close to the beach yet completely private. Just a short path through some trees and you're on the beach from where you can walk forever in both directions. A perfect place for breakfast a short beach walk away and a lovely restaurant for dinner is also within walking distance.

Great location with ocean views and pathway to the beach. Comfy bed, powerful shower with good size towels provided. Lovely communal areas to sit with friends or family, would recommend. We got a free upgrade which was greatly appreciated. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

There were a few plumbing issues while I was there, but they were quickly addressed. It would be nice if the trees could be cut down a little as they really inhibit the view of the surfers.

The service and warmth was amazing from the beginning. The setting and location is amazing, being right close to the Supertubes and able to walk onto the beach. The views from the room is fabulous.

Great beach view and the private path way to the beach is an added bonus to the property. The room is very nice and spacious. The check-in process was perfect and the ladies were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Only 3x recommendation are: 1) An option of extra length beds, or a bed extender would be great (my husband is very tall). 2) The mattresses on the 2x single beds are rather thin. 3) Parking is somewhat of a problem - the 1 night we had nowhere to park as 2x trailers occupied the allocated barking bays.

Maybeline's Welcome was warm & friendly. Accommodations are comfortable. Easy Beach Access. Situation feels very safe. Stylishly decorated. Homely Atmosphere. We really loved it here - would definitely return in the future & highly recommend this establishment to anyone interested in visiting J'Bay
