The wooden floors in the living area is very noisy. Probably better to drive a SUV with the gravel road.

Excellent property. Beautiful views. Heated swimming pool is great. We liked that the rooms are seperate to the living area for privacy.

It is a beautiful place, some of the rooms just need some maintenance, Aircons leaking water, water damage to the walls etc.

The fact that the cleaners came before 8a.m when checkout was at 10a.m. They were there before we could even have breakfast 😔

Perfect location, the place was clean, oh what a peaceful atmosphere. Tranquility at its best👌 . I would go back there anytime 😊

The gravel road getting there was terrible - only for high-clearance vehicles. It’s a bit weird that the bedrooms aren’t connected to the main house - we had to take the (luckily short) walk in the rain to our rooms - but nothing terrible. There was a golf cart in the garage but no keys to it - would have been nice to use it (even if at an extra cost).

It’s very well appointed, has all that you need for a leisurely family stay. Facilities and amenities are ample and beyond the norm - you literally only bring your food and supplies. Very convenient and clean. This particular unit has, in my opinion, the best view of all the properties at Elements - we saw giraffes and kudu, etc. right from the verandah. Loved the nice to haves: heated pool, pizza oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Full DSTV bouquet (would have preferred they spend that money on WiFi as the network there isn’t great). They even had games for the family to play. Lots of wildlife sightings within the game farm as well as on the gravel road near it. Loved it!!

The gravel road yhooo and poor signage. The security staff are really great and helpful would felt lost without them. The stuff at the property well I do not know they really late and not helpful at all.

No aircon in main area and no wifi. And also no TV in the bedrooms. Since the bedrooms are detached from the dining area. Not good when its raining

Room no 3- Shower door didn't close and room was a bit dirty Room 2 - no globes at bedside lamps couldn't use it & sidelamps had 2 point plug on but no 2 point plug to use it. Room 1& 4 was fine

I would suggest they make a communication of the rules/things to do not to do available in the unit. There were sone mishaps that could have easily been sorted with prior notice.

I would book the place again for myself and my clients.

The kitchen floor is very loud. Found a creature in one of the the beds which made us uneasy and lucky enough we had room so we just closed that room completely

the cleanliness around the pool area, and pool was not clean. host could have advised that there were no shops on site and that we should bring charcoal, all drinks and food etc dirt road was not disclosed.

The gravel road. Didn't expect the gravel road to get to the destination, but it was all quickly forgotten when we finally made it to the reserve. About 15 minutes should be enough to get you to the destination so it is not too bad - would do it again!

Nicely tucked away in the wild. Very cozy. All the required necessities and more. Very clean and well maintained rooms and big enough you house the whole family or group of friends.

Heated pool was not working, toilets are dirty, rooms had tea only no milk, no sugar sachets, no coffee sachets. The person responsible Suzette for the room was too unfriendly and very rude. I spend the whole weekend calling her about the coldest pool and she was not helpful at all. Not value for my money at all. The rating should be decreased to 2. Toilets even have cobwebs. I

The lack of communication after i reported wiring issued causing the electricity to trip we were only attended to the next day with not one getting back to us and in the morning i had to follow up
