That there was no free Wi-Fi. Could not scan the maps available on the wall outside reception. Also walking maps could have been better. People at reception had very little idea of the hikes and facilities.

Chalet very comfortable. Loved the heated pool. Staff friendly.

Too much thorns around the unit, which stuck to your shoes and transferred into the house. The carpet in the living room.... The couches were dirty The unit was not properly clean inside. The stove and oven was a mess.

Location was beautiful. Animals came right up to our chalets. Kids loved it.

6 sleeper but only 1 shower. Perhaps add a shoer attachment to the 2nd bathtub so that it can be used as a bathtub or shower

They mowed the grass around the chalet early in the morning whilst we were still having breakfast. Not necessary we are on holiday it could have waited.

It was not properly clean when we got there. Because we checked on at 2.00 even though the chalet was ready we were told we had to wait for the Keys. Really

- Our Aircon Unit did not work, the unfortunate bad experience was that we had to wait many hours and it was extremely hot that particular day. When we followed up, no one knew of the issue reported, and we reported again. After a few hours we reported again, and again no one was aware or on their way. Eventually after calling multiple times, staff was sent to look at the aircon unit. The maintenance crew then quickly fixed the unit. - We also did not have enough towels in our chalet. It was a 6 bed chalet but only had 4 towels were provided, we had to share towels. I did request more towels from both reception and the cleaning lady, but waited 2 days before they brought more towels.

Beautiful setting, the chalet was clean and what we expected. Our stay was relaxing and what we needed to re-charge.

The drain in the shower did not drain water fast enough one would find his feet soaked in dirty water in the shower. The drain needs to be repositioned.

The Chalet was clean, the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils we required. The location of the facility perfect spot to relax and get away from busy city life. We enjoyed waking up and having visitors at our door steps (animals), being surrounded by nature and reconnecting with nature, listening to animals sounds at night. We also enjoyed the Quad bikes rides, swimming and all the other activities.

Chalets are well equipped and clean. Inverter for loadshedding is a plus.

The beds are hard. The aircon leaked and is installed above the main bed. Maintenance could not sort it out. The unit is quite hot, even with the fans on. The basins are too high.

There were plenty of animals in front of the unit. There is a watering trough and a salt lick that attracts them. Felt like Grand Central station for the animals.

The water from the geyser to the bath could get hot, we ended up using a bucket to pour hot water from the kitchen sink to the bathroom. The fact that we could not book for a game drive online or telephonically as the chalets are far frm the reception we couldn't do up and downs.

The rooms were spacious and the fact that the animals came in front of the chalet was priceless. The privacy and quietness of the area is a plus. We were provided with the things we needed at the chalet some we didn't even expect to find.

Nothing, there was just a lot of bees and flies, but that is normal for an place in the nature.

Quit in nature and spacious chalet / Inverter was an bonus and place is neat and beds very comfortable will certainly go again / loved the animals and there is so much to do / the Restaurants food was great! Undercover parking for car and animals roaming around chalet Great Week / Well done Sondela!

The kitchen sink water mixer is not user friendly, it's loose and difficult to operate.

The location and the atmosphere is good for relaxation and resetting 🙂

Our neighbours were bit noisy till 2am.the dust on the car Yoo....

The tranquility was breathtaking and the animals 😘😘. Our gals felt so much like home the beds, bathroom was exceptional.great vacation we had.
