The entire staff is committed to a personalized desire to make your stay memorable, from the room cleaners coming in early evening to check that all is good in the room and leaving a Swiss chocolate late nite treat, to the reception staff, who give the impression that the are talking with you in their home livingroom rather than a hotel lobby, to the walk round the entire hotel and spa when you first arrive, to Abilio Ribeiro, the shuttle driver, with his interesting conversation and literal " door to door" service as he placed our luggage into our rental car. Everything was perfect. From the welcome drink and cake to the last day of the stay. Everybody at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. The location was great. The view from the hotel terrace was amazing. The breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose from and definitely quality food. The room was spacious with big cupboards, wooden furniture and beautiful materials. The room was always clean and tidy. The village is really beautiful, safe and there is a lot to see and experience nearby.

The family room set up was great. The kids room has a sliding door and it’s own bathroom for privacy. There was no fridge but we put our beverages on the porch so no issue. They had a nice breakfast and the spa was lovely (except the hot tub wasn’t very hot but that seems to be a Swiss thing). The ski storage room near the lifts was a nice perk. We brought our border collies and the dog fee was very reasonable and they had plenty of room.
