Rodrigo (owner? Staff?) went above and beyond to help me plan my time at San Pedro - from booking shuttles from and to the airport, to scheduling tours and patiently answering all my questions and making all the changes due to my flight time changed. I sincerely thank him for taking so much time to make sure my plans were in order. I also have to mention the lovely female staff member who works on the property. Despite our language barrier, she was so caring and tried her best to provide support throughout my stay. I regret that I didn’t give her a hug before leaving for the airport. The hostel itself is so charming - the decor is lovely, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nutritious. Overall I had an amazing experience at the hostel. I will be sure to recommend the hostel to any friends traveling this way!

The staff was available and attentive, every hour of the day. Rooms were clean and the beds were especially comfortable. Breakfast was good, and in the event that you have a tour that leaves before breakfast officially begins, you can still access several items in the kitchen like yogurt, cereal, coffee/tea, fresh fruit, and more.

Edgar was extremely personable and friendly. He knows the best local places and made great recommendations. He went the extra mile to bring my camera to the city center when I accidentally left it in my room so that I could be on time to a tour. The room is large and he is very flexible with the checkout time if the next guest is arriving late. At the end, he gave a little handmade souvenir made by his mother- staying here was definitely a highlight of my South America trip!

Franklin and his wife Carla run an amazing B&B, a little outside the city which makes it a very good spot for star gazing. Since we came by ourselves with a rented car, Franklin gave us very good tips of where to go, suggesting routes, helping us with purchasing tickets for the places we wanted to go and giving us restaurant recommendations. Breakfast is generous and personalized and even when we needed to leave very early one day, they made an effort to leave a snack for us to go.

Gorgeous calm courtyard filled with greenery, and our room had a little outside space, which was lovely. Free reuseable water bottles on check-in, and a water chiller in the breakfast room providing constantly chilled water. Terrific breakfast. Kind and warm staff. Location is perfect, a one-minute walk from everything. This hotel is a cracker.

This is a wonderful property. It is clean and comfortable with many enjoyable amenities such as fabulous breakfast. Additionally staff is extremely helpful with any of your needs. We needed an urgent visit with a specialist that had to be arranged in Santiago. Staff spent several hours assisting us in getting an appointment as our Spanish was not sufficient to accomplish the task.

A small quiet hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was served everyday and one could choose from fresh eggs, fruit, muesli, ham, cheese and toast, plus tea or coffee. The hotel is also centrally located to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Quiet, clean, thoughtful details such as tea times and wine tastings each day. The aesthetic blend seamlessly into the environment and was such a relaxing reprieve of the first and commotion of downtown San Pedro de Atacama. But the staff set this place apart and is what elevates this hotel to a 4-star status. Accommodating, friendly and professional. Can’t say enough good things about them all, especially the concierges.
