Room was well cleaned everyday, very spacious and giant bay windows my kid enjoy to sit there with cushion to read. Full size desk certainly helps with need to work. Location is well placed, lots of restaurants nearby, city shopping centers are less than 10min walk away. All the staff are working really hard to make our stay enjoyable.

Having been in many many hotels during my travels, this definitely tops the cake! The magnificence of the design, externally and internally, made the experience and the stay one of a kind. Service was great and there were many facilities on site. Staff look to cater to your needs and they deliver. P.S. Room and view was also spectacular

Location is awesome next to Zhongshan Square and walking distance to many heritage architecture and nice neiborhoods with restaurants cafes and bars. View on the city and hills around from the high floors are amazing.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Crystal is a superstar. They will go out of their way to accommodate you. The rooms are neat and clean and there are English instructions for all of the appliances. It fealt like home away from home.
