Fantastic..one word describes everything associated with a hotel stay. The facilities, location, food and staff. A 24 hours bar and an amazing breakfast spread is sufdicient to satiate all your cravings related to food and drinks. The breakfast spread is not only sumptuous and delicious, but extremely healthy as well. It has options for meat lovers in sausages and ham, an exciting cheese and supperfoods spread, and a fulfilling vegan corner. The room is minimalistic yet has everything one could need. Bathroom is spacious and the shower facilities are among the best I have seen across the world. Specially curated and thoughtfully supplied, there are different concoctions of shower gel depending upon the time of the day !! There is a small rooftop place to enjoy the sunset, or sunrise (if you are an early bird). The pantry supplies are located in a common room called galley with a hot water tap, varieties of teas and quick coffee, an ironing board and a quick vending machine for snacks or small supplies. It is conveniently located, at a stone's throw from tram, Ubahn station, restaurants and some major attractions. Check in and check out processes are extremely smooth and quick. The staff is amazing, friendly, courteous and attentive. Feel free to approach them for tips for making the most out of your stay in Munich. This place is now on my go to list for Munich. Not to be missed: Barista serving coffee served at the buffet...it's a work of art.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, this design hotel is directly located next to Munich Central Train Station. self-service breakfast buffet, 24-hour fitness centre and free high speed internet access is offered here.

Awesome place to stay. - Hotel Staff: All the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Mohamed at the front desk provided helpful guide to get around the city. - Room: Spacious, super comfy beds. They had the room prepared (with sofa bed set up) ahead of time. - Breakfast: Breakfast was great with excellent selection. It was a bit packed by 8am but there were tables available. - Location: Can't be better - just a short walk away from Marienplatz and right opposite the Central Railway Station (München Hauptbahnhof), with Halal restaurants well within walking distance. Close enough to walk to Deutsches Museum. - Parking: We drove to the hotel, and the hotel provided secure overnight parking (for a fee). We did not bother to drive our car during our stay, and took Uber (to BMW Museum + Welt) and subway as much as possible. - Amenities: Self laundry were also provided (and free of charge) for hotel guests.

Stayed here at a stopover for one night, the staff were incredibly friendly and checking in was very efficient. I had a meal in their restaurant and it was incredible plus the chef/host was very friendly and seemed happy. The room was adequate and served it's purpose, quiet and cool with air conditioning. An easy ten minute walk to the station with a tram located nearby two minutes away. The reception staff were lovely and I felt very relaxed. I would use this hotel again to stay in Munich.

The room was very nice but we did pay for an upgrade. The choice of breakfast was very good and to a high standard, the tea selection was also a nice touch as was the Prosecco. The location was 15-20 minutes walk from most of the main attractions and the public transport was right outside the hotel. Bathroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was located so close to the main central station and many public transport options and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The buffet breakfast was good with the option of having freshly cooked eggs and bacon. We were celebrating our honeymoon and had a room upgrade as well as a bottle of wine which was such a lovely touch.

The Flag is best described as functional. It was solid and value for money but nothing spectacular. The room was clean, the staff are fairly efficient, and it was near a U-Bahn. It was a good place on a business trip - it may not be what you are looking for if you want a romantic get-away or a luxury hotel experience.
