staff are very friendly i got sick from eating outside( they were really helpful) they helped me to order anise from the market outside and send it to my room as well as when i ordered some medications from the pharmacy ( the hotel policy is not to send the delivery boy to the guest rooms) however they allowed him to come to my room escorted by a security guard.., which i really appreciated a lot

The ability to accomodate. The stay was in Ramadan when it's usual for the bets places to be "average". The stay was exceptional. Everything, the service, the stay, the requests, just everything was perfect. Only downside the food we ordered from the secondary restaurant as one item wasn't cooked to perfection. Other than that, the stay was great.

This is my 2nd stay here, and I'm still happy with the service. The front desk did their best to accommodate our request for early checkin. The breakfast team were amazing, making you feel special. The cleaning team attentively cleaned the room everyday, proactively even arranging clothes. Overall, the stay was amazing and will highly recommend friends and family to stay.

We liked the room nice and spacious comfortable beds, air conditioned rooms. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms daily serviced unless you choose to opt out. Housekeeping staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurants on site have great food and good variety of dishes. All services provided including arranging taxi for guests, our taxi driver was Muhammad Javid who provided a great service on behalf of the hotel, we would highly recommend requesting for Muhammad Javid. This was our first experience in Egypt, we're really pleased we stayed at Ridisson Blu and will certainly stay there for future visits. The hotel has thought of everything to accommodate guests which is brilliant. The location is on the outskirts of the main city Alexandria it's a safe and well secured place with security on premises. Thanking Radisson all staff for an enjoyable stay. We would like to make a special mention to the second in charge at The Lake restaurant thank you for your hospitality, a special mention to the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport and gave us a brief history listen on our drive to the hotel, thank you.
