The staff were very welcoming and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice balcony view of the bay and the nightlife. Super close to the beach. Overall a great experience. The hotel being over a restaurant didn't really pose any problems, and we even got a 10% discount on everything on their menu.

Loved the really nice breakfast which had extra things on the weekend like a chocolate fountain. The hotel itself was fine and our room was comfortable with a small balcony facing the street.

I loved many things anout this place: - Pere, the host, was friendly, welcoming & helpful - I loved the location right in the heart of Alcudia’s old town - The house itself is gorgeous, historic and full of charm and character - My room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped - The en-suite was massive - The bed was very comfortable and I had very deep sleeps - The breakfast was very plentiful and varied with loads of tasty fresh ingredients and unusual additions each day - The breakfast terrace was a lovely oasis of calm and a great place to start the day I could go on and on about this place
