We booked the Anchor for the first night of a motorcycle trip. This was a huge mistake. We should have booked at least three nights! The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is ideal, food is excellent quality and value. Already planning our return next spring.

This is a great location and once they are finished with the restoration it will be exceptional! I love the idea of turning a farmstead into varying self catering accommodations. The setting was perfect! The room we stayed in was huge! It was clean, the shower had great water pressure and temperature control. The bed was comfy too. We enjoyed walking around the property. There's a washer and dryer on-site too that appears to be free to use.
