The friendly staff ( reception, restaurant& bar, cleaning ladies made us feel comfortable and catered to all our needs), the beautiful ambience, the amazing fresh quality of the delectable breakfast buffet, the pool area and the cozy and impeccably clean rooms made our holiday perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is great, right on the beach, the Tsilivi beach is top 3 beaches and it is very clean and warm, as opposed to other beaches, and the breakfast was great, very tasty and lots of food.

The staff is amazing, they are super welcoming and extremely nice. The hotel is just amazing! Everything from the rooms (they upgraded us for free in a huge suite with private jacuzzi) to the pool, the restaurants and the entertainment. The locations is perfect, so close to the center (you can reach Tsilivi center in 3-4 minutes walk) and to the beach!
