The pickup service and Juliette's warm reception were perfect and we immediately understood that this hotel is unique. Perfect in everything. This is how all 5 star hotels should be, but unfortunately most are not. Mandarin Oriental at Central should be a benchmark for every other hotel.

Got to check in and check out outside normal times. Loved the resort bus to hop on and just see the other two hotels. Disney magic all throughout...got to enjoy some Marvel and Star Wars movies too while preparing to go to Disneyland Resort.
