Pool was clean and warm and there were sun loungers chairs and tables. There was a security guard on the gate. We were one corridor away from the beach and the shops. We had a lot of advice about day trips and travel. It was a short walk from the tuktuks and the taxi rank. Bottled water on sale at reception for only 20p for a big bottle. Dappled shade of palm trees provided the best tanning. Air con was instant. All rooms fitted with ceiling fan.
