We really enjoyed our stay, everything was good. Staff were all really nice, had great cocktails at bar from the very helpful barman. Lovely pool overlooking the town. Dinner was very good my wife had swordfish which was perfectly cooked. Room was cool with great air con running when we arrived and spotless. Can definitely recommend this hotel if visiting the area.

Firstly, the room: although close to the road, very quite and comfortable. Secondly, the common area: the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed and some more, good quality coffee machine and the area outside where you can sit and drink your coffee is amazing. Besides the coffee that they provide for free through the coffee machine I mentioned earlier (which has many types of drinks that it can prepare, all that I tried were very good), they also have some free treats that they keep in some nice jars for everyone. Last but not least, the owners, Marco and Valentina: they were both very polite and friendly. They gave us a nice brochure with everything we needed with regards to restaurants, points of interest and a map where Marco was nice enough to point the areas/cities near the location that we might want to visit. They are very well organized and the communication from start ( when we had to check in late) to finish was flawless. Definetly would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Excellent location, great facilities, very nicely furnished. Great pool with bar, one can spend hours around. Comfortable rooms, polite and helpful staff. The restaurant is really outstanding, arguably better than the restaurants in Leuca. The fresh fish baked with potatoes is highly recommended. The hotel employs a lot of people to guarantee great service all the time. We definitely return!

This place sets up a very high benchmark what hospitality can be: I felt like a long-awaited family friend visiting, truly cared for. Also, the place is fantastically located with beautiful surroundings, the room was spacious, comfortable and esthetically very pleasing, same as the whole place overall. The breakfast was definitely the best I ever had in Italy (and Italy is my frequent destination). I was very fortunate that Villa this year for the winter season - it is actually a great season for hiking and cycling. For me it was just in the end of Via Francigena del Sud - like a cherry on the cake.
