Absolutely everything! The staff was courteous and exceptionally helpful. The facilities and amenities were too notch. The breakfast - woah.. it will give you a reason to embrace the mornings! And the room accommodations were outstanding - I cannot say enough good things about this establishment!

Everything about it is perfect. The rooms are nice, spacious with stone walls. Staff is super helpful, nothing is a problem. Location wise you would stay in the middle of Porto wine producers - good for wine tasting. Breakfast is also beautiful. We can only recommend this place.

Wonderful! Street parking was a bit challenging, but we managed. Pricing on sight when booking was advertised cheaper. I was a bit thrown back by checking out invoice.

Great location especially if you go by car as there is a secure garage and also plenty parking space in front. Also it is located next to a large shopping mall so plenty to do and places to eat around. Staff is extremely friendly and breakfasts are delicious and have many super healthy options available.

This was the first place in Portugal we stayed at that didn’t use obscene amounts of scented products on towels and sheets. My allergies got a welcome rest and I slept beautifully. Staff was great on checkin and checkout.

Everything about this hotel was EXCELLENT! The personal touch by all the staff, the food, the bar, restaurant recommendations, sights etc they provided was far beyond our expectations! We can't wait to come back!
