Flanigan's Resort and Spa exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, surrounded by mountain peaks of the Zion canyon. Although there is a shuttle in Springdale to take you to Zion National Park, Flanigan's is conveniently located within walking distance to the park entrance. The resort staff were very helpful and provided excellent recommendations. Further, Flanigan's has lovely amenities including hotel room balcony with comfortable chairs and table for enjoying the view of Zion canyon, a clean pool (again with beautiful views of Zion) and a unique labyrinth which can also be used for stargazing at night or yoga.

Great in every way!!! Nice rooms, comfortable beds, very refreshing and big swimmingpool. Its the best place to stay in springdale because of easy acces to zion. It's a 20 minute walk to the entrance so a good start of the day. Want the free shuttle, it's accros the street. Great laundry service too.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, clean and in a lovely location. Has fire pits in an outdoor seating area. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are sunny and have high ceilings (on second floor). Hotel exceeded all our expectations!

The room was incredibly spacious with doors both to the parking lot and to the pool/grounds. The beds were comfortable, clean, and plenty of pillows were provided (four incredibly comfortable pillows per bed). The room was absolutely spotless with amazing views of the sandstone cliffs surrounding Springdale. To top it all off, the staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They provided clear and concise instructions for our late night arrival, gave plenty of fantastic recommendations for hikes suitable to our our family traveling with a toddler--including some hidden gems that I had never heard of even as a Utah native--and fantastic restaurant recommendations.
