A very clean and comfortable apartment situated in an ideal location for the beach, restaurants, pubs and shops. We only stayed a couple of nights and didn’t eat in but we noticed the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the tea and coffee provided. The shower is great, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Although the location is so central there is no noise at night. Jo, the host, was very helpful and communication was excellent.

The house was much bigger than expected. It was beautifully decorated, and felt like a home, rather than a rented property. The kitchen was well equipped, with a thoughtful pint of milk, coffee and Easter eggs for the kids. The location was good - close to restaurants and the sea. The walk into Hastings was easy and it was also a lovely walk to Bexhill along the coast. The owner Taryn was very helpful before we travelled in answering our questions. We were met by Angie who gave us some great tips on where to visit and eat.

Lovely place, very unique and well decorated, with well-stocked kitchen, good wifi and streaming services and plenty of space. Great location, just 2 minutes walk from some lovely independent shops and eateries, including a great little food hall. Also very close to the sea front. We went in the quiet season, but there was no excessive noise or any sort of trouble in the area.

The kitchen was well equipped and the dining room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable and it was so peaceful. I'm sorry I didn't take photos of the bedrooms during the break and only thought about it once we'd stripped the beds at the end of our stay.

Bathroom was spacious as well and the water pressure/ heathing was good. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. It has a excellent relation quality-price.
