I recently stayed in Rogner for three nights. The Hotel is most centrally located with walking distance to most key attractions in the city, cafes/restaurants as well as government buildings. The rooms are clean. The bed is most comfortable. The staff is friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing very limited choice and not inspiring. Would help guests if they did a breakfast menu as we had to ask what was available and whilst staff were very helpful on first morning you don't really know whats happening.

I would love to experience more of the culture and visit historical sites.

Lots to see and do. Not very disabled friendly, though.
Lots to see and do. Not very disabled friendly, though. Safe and friendly all day and at night. Got bus to bus station (a patch of ground 5 miles from centre) then another bus to wonderful castle and village. If we'd had a couple more days would have got a bus to south and stayed there a bit. All public toilets clean and safe. Many food markets and best fleamarket I've been to in New Bazaar area. Fascinating communist history.

Great City, people are so friendly, there is so much history some of it shocking in the way the country and its people suffered due to the country's leadership in not so distant times. The bars and cafe's were numerous and a pleasure to be in with reasonable prices and good customer service

What Tirana lacks in great architecture it makes up for with atmosphere. Enjoyed my time in Tirana, great food some nice bars and very friendly people. The city has a buzz from morning until night and really feels welcoming. Prices are great there is a good choice of great food. Whilst it does not have great architecture it does have some interesting architecture and it is a great city for a short break.
Very nice hotel.. Clean, great, perfect breakfast and Special hospitality.. Tani Latif the reception guy is part of our trip.. He is very cool.. Speaking English.. He offers me to rent a car for affordable price and give us a map of Tirana... He worked liked our tour guide in Albania and offer us keeping one luggage in the hotel for free and I asked him for scale to fix my luggage weight .. At the end he offer a free shuttle to the airport... He is wonderful person.
Very nice hotel, spacious beds, and amazing breakfast. The reception is more like a concierge than a simple reception. They can help you with literally anything!
At the restaurant you will find food just like any Michelin Star rated establishments.
The location is right in the middle of the City Center, and you have all you need in walking distance, eg: Shopping mall, restaurants, pharmacy, groceries, fresh market etc.
P. S - Best Steak in town is also found here!
This hotel was a perfect place to start our holiday in Albania. The location was good, it was in walking distance to the city centre. The staff was amazing! Tani told us so much about Albania and places to visit. We have never experienced such kindness and hospitality anywhere. He even woke up at 4 am to make us breakfast so that we were able to start our road trip early enough. We will definitely come back when we are in Tirana again. Thank you so much!
Chose this hotel for final night of stay in Albania when I returned to Tirana to fly out next day. Flight was v early so had to check out in middle of night. Room was comfortable and bathroom was great so was able to rest and gather myself to travel next day. Staff were helpful in booking taxi for airport transfer and faciltating early checkout. Booked because price was within budget for 1 nt stay and wanted hotel who could facilitate airport transfer.
I spent 3 nights in this hotel and i wanna say that this is the most helpful staff i have ever seen, they helped me finding my passport and getting it back from another city, the place is really nice the rooms are clean and comfy i would definitely go there again and it's the best choice if you want to stay close to the airport far from the crowded city of tirana, special thanks to the reception guy who helped me get my passport back
We stay at Hotel Kotoni twice a year whenever we travel from U.S.A. to beautiful Albanian territories in South-East Europe. This has become our home away from home and we never entertain the idea of staying anywhere else.
Why would we, when we discovered the best hotel in Tirana!
Greetings to owners and staff of the hotel, we can’t wait to visit you next summer.

From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. Especially Joli, the manager, was there for everyone who needs "Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable."
Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained and very clean. The hotel is in a good position just 3 minutes from city center.
Staff - Location - Cleanliness - Strong WiFi signal.
Loved the bed mattress quality!
Very central location, close to everything in city centre just by walking. Bus to airport is only about 10 min walk from the Hotel, as well as The Opera House, The National Museum, the Bunker Museum, Tirana Castle as well.
Highly recommend 👌🏽
Villa Fernando exudes warmth, due in large part to Arte. She was happy to share information on Tirana as well as suggestions for places to visit in our remaining time in Albania. The location is perfect for getting to city centre, the bus stops practically at Fernando's door. All in all a perfect place to stay in Tirana.
What an amazing place in Tirana. It was our first hotel in Albania, and we loved it so much. It is about 20 min walking from the center, in a great quiet area.
The staff was great and the food there was really good. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is quite big.
Amazing stay, and the turtles are awesome :)
This was one of the best hotels to stay in Tirana it’s literally 5min walk from the city center! Loved the room and facilities! The breakfast was so good! Staff was super friendly they helped me with suggestions on what to visit and where to go! I will definitely be going back on mu next trip!
The staff was always very friendly and gave us tips about what to see and where to go, not only in Tirana but around Albania. The room was clean and had AC, which is very important if you stay in summer. The hotel is within walking distance to the center and has a parking lot free of charge.
The breakfast is very good and many sights in Tirana are within walking distance. From the airport, take a yellow taxi and sit in the back. They have a fixed price list to most locations in Albania visible, and you'll pay just that. The cost is 23 Euro to this hotel.
The villa is quite pretty and 5 min walking to the center of Tirana.
The breakfast was out of this world: typical Albanian breakfast made daily by a very welcoming cook.
The hotel adapted to our arrival time, despite having had a long delay from our flight.
New brand accomodation, situated in the city centre of Tirana. Parking available in front of the hotel. Friendly Staff and always available for any needs! The keep our luggage after the check out! And early check available because our room was ready! Thank you!
Fantastic hostel in heart of Tirana city.
Very close to airport bus, main Scanderberg square, local market, restaurants and other atractions.
Super nice host Adriano and his fantastic breakfasts /one of the best in all albanian hostels/.
Very good price !
Breakfast included, friendly staff, great location in the middle of city center. They let me do an early checkin which was nice.
Good Albanian beer. Cheap but good coffee.
Slept well in the hotel beds.
Very pleasant and helpful staff the hotel was very close to the center of the city and the prices in the restaurants nearby were amazingly cheap.
Food 👌
