I did enjoy beautiful views, it is calm place, free canopied parking, lovely breakfast with home-made almond cake, in front of each room little terrace, you can buy home-made olive oil and wine, very close to Saturnia Terme. Wonderful service, helpful.

Great location with amazing view!
Well equipped apartment with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and super comfy BIG bed. Even had ground coffee which was much appreciated!
Enrico is a great host. Very helpful and welcoming. Allowed us a self check in.

The house is located on a hillside, and directly reachable from the main road. It has private parking possibility which is safe because the site is closed. The room and bathroom were big, new, modernly designed and clean. There exists a common big fridge for cooling soft drinks. The host is extremely kind and helpful. She herself bakes all the cakes for breakfast, and even offers scrambled eggs which is not usual in Italy.ZoltánHungary

We stayed here due to its close proximity to the thermal baths in Saturnia. The room was very cute and had a nice ambience to it. The room had a double bed, some tea, an electric kettle and a fridge. The attached bathroom was also very clean. The host was very friendly and communicative and had explained the directions of reaching the house very nicely. Overall, a very good stay.

Nice little house is rural settings, 4 minutes drive from Manciano, and 20 minutes from Saturnia Thermals. Very nice and accommodating host. The house is near the host's house, and the host was always available, while allowed for total privacy. Manciano is a great little town with many cafe's and restaurants, as well as a supermarket and many shops. Lovely base to explore the area and enjoy the hot springs.
