The staff upon arrival and in the breakfast area were very friendly and welcoming. Beds and bathroom above average in my double bedroom , with block out curtains and electric blind to keep light and sound out. This is the first hotel in 14 hotels Ive stayed in within 2 months , that supplied a decent sized luggage stand to fully open my large suitcase. There was still room to move around in the room too. A decent sized shower and good pressure in the shower is always a bonus when you are out all day sightseeing. Fantastic location for all services and an 8 minute walk to town centre and services. I needed to use the laundromat , which was also a 2 minute walk away. You can hire a bike and cycle for hours on safe bike tracks . This city surprised me with so much to see. The main reason I based myself here was 1 hours drive to the Saturnia thermal pools. Breakfast is included and is lovely and offers many options.

Just what we were looking for: a good place to crash after New Year's Eve. Extremely friendly staff: they waived the checkout time since it was a holiday. Room was comfy and warm. Basic, but truly excellent value for money.

We enjoy our stay at this nice hotel with very convenient parking on the premises. Nice size room & good buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful, providing very useful information to visit Grosseto & Castiglione Della Pescaia. Excellent for any travellers with their own car on a road trip through Italy.

The hotel was nice and quiet. The rooms were clean. The spa staff were friendly and the girl who gave me my massage was amazing! The front desk was beyond helpful :) The breakfast was perfect!

Everything . The hotel is really nice and comfortable mattress, the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit too early and asked for us to check in before 15PM and lucky they have the room straight right way available for us, we feel so happy. The front desk staff that did my check in was very kind and helpful. We have two tiny dogs, which they welcome both with warm smile and this makes me feel home. I love the fact they have a gym and also SPA and salon for nails and a big parking space, amazing Swimpool anda stunning beautiful garden and surrounded by beautiful green. Which I feel happy to stayed and know there have everything we need. We extended the 2 nights to 4 nights which the third I book directly with them because my room was very comfortable and big , which I feel so happy to stayed extra one night before our departure to Rome. I will definitely recommend this hotel as a hotelier as well myself, I appreciated good services and true reviews

On arrival the owner (Marco) was super helpful and friendly and not only showed us around but also shared information about local areas, there isn't much around the hotel itself but it is situated in a beautiful area. Do bare in mind that it's worth booking the restaurant opposite for food as it gets busy and was unfortunately full when we arrived. Other than that it's great for 1 night ( what we had done ).
