Value for money was great. The location after a long flight is very doable. It's not the newest hotel, but it was very clean for what I could tell. The room we had was very spacious. The beds were okay but made some noise.

I loved the location and the free shuttle bus to the airport at such regular timings. I also loved being within walking distance of the outlet malls and some great restaurants. I loved the flexibility of a later checkout.

The staff was nice, we requested a room on the first floor and the staff member was able to give us an upgrade. We had requested shuttle to pick us up from ORD airport and it came and the staff member followed up with me to make sure I had gotten the shuttle.

Close to the airport. Had a restaurant/bar for when we got in a bit late. Rooms were basic but clean. Make sure you take the shuttle! Coffee and Bagels were great in the morning. From the airport, we didn't take the shuttle and a taxi driver tried to charge us $40 USD for 5 minutes, so make sure you utilize this!

    As 2 foreign women arriving in Chicago after midnight, I specifically booked this hotel for the airport pick-up. I enclosed my flight details on the booking as directed. No one met us at the airport, and the lady at reception was very rude and told us to find a taxi, even though we had no numbers or internet. I asked to speak to the manager, she was not available but I was assured that she would ring or email me - she did not. I emailed her on 9th November, but I still have not received a response. The following morning, the man on reception told me that he could see my arrival details and pick-up request on their computer system! I am unhappy that 1. I was stranded in a foreign country after midnight. 2. The hotel receptionist was rude and would not help us. 3. I had to pay for a taxi despite sending my arrival details. 4. There was no contact from the hotel management. 5. There has been not response to my complaint

    This property met our needs for a one-night stay on our way...

    This property met our needs for a one-night stay on our way to a business meeting. It is a typical, older property, so expect that, but had nice fresh paint, clean and attractive bedding, plenty of towels/wash cloths. Friendly front desk staff. Easy access to Hwy and main roads. We recommend it.
