Very nice resort. Our favourite accommodation from our Italian road trip. We stayed in the luxury suite which had a hot tub and was next door to the restaurant. The restaurant food was amazing and had a very good reputation, which was shown by the amount of customers who come to the resort just for dinner.

Beautifully maintained house and space around it. The shared (salt water) pool is an absolute delight. The location is fantastic. The owner provides excellent directions because some navigation apps don't guide you to the right street. Everything is well equipped including the kitchen and the owners were super friendly.

It's the most unusual place I've ever stayed for the night.
It was a monastery from since 16th century and was bought by the grandfather of the father of the current owner of the building.
Everything inside and outside is vintage and provides you great atmosphere of silence and natural beauty.
You will find amazing views from the windows, the little village Corciano which is really nice.
The owner is very kind. He used to make olive oil, but it's too hard to do this nowadays.
I really want to return again someday to this warm house.
WARNING: If you want to see modern comfort, Urbanic style etc, please find another place.
These apartments will be great for people, who like nature, quiet, and the spirit of the time and Italian culture.

The accommodation is outside the ZTL zone, but with its own parking lot, which is an extraordinary advantage. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Optimal cleanliness. In front of the hotel is a beautiful green terrace where you can drink an aperitif or coffee in peace.
Idyllic, beautifully preserved hill town. Tiny, with a panoramic view that is spectacular. Easy parking, easy walking, and a perfect base for exploring Umbria’ s other special hill towns. Perugia and Assisi are both less than 45 minutes and Lake Trasimeno is 20 minutes away! Other special hill towns that are very near by and that shouldn’t be missed are Trevi, Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Montefalco, and Castiglione del Lago. This area is one of the highlights of our 2 month trip!
The place was amazing! A monastery built in the 1300s…. A huge home added in the 1700s…. The property has been in the same family since the 1700s. The property is located off the beaten track with olive groves, sheep, goats, ponies and peacocks. Our host, Paolo, offered all kinds of information about what to do in the local area.
The historic town center of Corciano is an energetic walk or a short drive away and has a couple excellent restaurants, a wine bar or two, and a coffee bar on the main square for breakfast.
The friendly and approachable liy and team were just great.the quiet and peaceful gardens with such a great pool and of course the weather.get to lake tresimore and take the boat to isolo maggiore and take a much shorter trip to corciano.both so good.
Great location and sweetest hosts. Home made breakfast every day. View from the swimming pool is amazing. Close to beautiful towns like Corciano, Assisi and Perugia.
