Breakfast was good, service very good, free parking very good. If only a very small amount of maintenance update work was done in the room, it would be a 4.5 star hotel.

It is a nice town.
It is a nice town. We are planning on going back for the festival. There are other things to see. The Izsum was very interesting along with the museum falu. There are some nice paths to walk along the stream that runs through town. There are some long bike paths available. It is big enough to spend a long weekend but small enough to walk about everywhere. It is easy to get there by train.

4-5 days was sufficient. We used the city as a base to travel to Sopron (train travel is free for pensioners). In the city there were places to visit showing the history of the town and a lovely lake about 30 minutes (walk) to the northwest of the city centre.

A really vibrant place to stay, especially whilst the Christmas market is taking place. (Nice langos and mulled wine available until quite late in the evening!) We would recommend the Italian restaurant "Aperitivo Cafe Bar" just off the main square - great, fresh food and reasonably priced.

The town and its Savaria Festival are great, plus the several gorgeous spas close to Szombathely, a lot to discover!!!! Lake and huge playground close to Hotel Claudius are fabulous, ideal with children. Try the Dock's kitchen, it is great!

Really enjoyed this city, which has quite a few attractions to offer. City center is very nice, with some great shops. Looks great both during the night and during daytime. They have a unique synagogue and across it a reconstructed archeological site / museum based on the ruins of ancient Savaria, the Roman city that stood here. The city also has a will with probably a nice view of the city, unfortunately we missed that. If you happen to visit the city in August, make sure to plan your trip for the Savaria Historical Carnival.
This place was awesome. It is right on the main square of the city. it was only about a five minute walk to the excellent Iseum Savarinese and also Savaria Museum.
The Art Deco decor is really cool and very creative.
The room was extremely comfortable.
Excellent pre-arrival communications from the host.
Metered parking was close and convenient.
The city is beautiful and we highly recommended the Art HoMe as a great play to stay.
Easy to find, well placed parking lot which can't be seen from the road. The Hotel has a nice atmosphere, the staff was really kind and helpful. We got a two-bedroom apartment, which was cosy, had it's own fridge, dining area, bathroom and a small walk-in place for coats and shoes.
They don't have the possibility to give dinner, but there are restaurants in walking distance.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent.
This is a very nice, clean and modern hotel, with a great panorama, outside the main urban area of Szombathely. The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and well equipped, and the breakfast adequate. The city centre can be reached in a few minutes by car. Overall, an excellent choice when staying in Szombathely, recommended.

Charming family run apartments in the heart of Szombathely. liked the warm welcome and how accommodating they were was despite my late arrival due to train delays. Excellent location overlooking the main square where the christmas market, shopping area, bank and municipality are.

Following criterias I liked very much: - Location vicinity to my business location and as well to Szombathely, calm area not much traffic, no noise. Unexceptional price level, room was clean, friendly welcome.
