The staff was very professional and helpful. I was slow finding my card key to enter the front door, but the third shift clerk was always one step ahead with a friendly smile or a kind word. My stay here was comfortable and I will definitely recommend to others. I would definitely book here again in the future if I'm seeking a clean, friendly, safe room in Greenville. The rooms are very spacious with a screened-off desk area with a couch. Facilities, including breakfast, are excellent and so is the location. It is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.
