Our favorite hotel, so far, on this trip, and one we would love to return to. This fourth generation family run hotel has true charm, character and elegance. The setting is inspiring. It fully lives up to the high standards of Relais et Chateaux hotels. The restaurant is beautiful and offers fine traditional french cuisine. The breakfasts were spectacular-in the sense that there were plenty of home made breads and pastries, freshly squeezed juice and superior coffee. The latter two are becoming a rarity. All through the hotel, there is attractive art work, furniture and rugs reflecting the history of the establishment..

This small one bedroom apartment is facing the lovely harbor and bay with a tiny balcony where you can take your breakfast or cocktail looking out over the bay. So calming and refreshing and yet an easy walk to the bustling cafes along the quai, and the old town market, shops and restaurants. our host, Olivier, could not have been more welcoming, kind and helpful. he met us on arrival, helped with the baggage, provided all kinds of useful tips about restaurants and sights and made reservations for us. He even shopped and brought us a whole lovely dinner of seafood, as well as homemade local pastries. The apartment is fully stocked with all essentials, very clean and like new. Private parking is free and so convenient. we highly recommend this place.
