The staff (barman, technicians, reception) is friendly but they look terrified of helping guests/customers on things that the hotel prohibits and other hotels do normally - I needed an opener and the manager unkindly told the barman no way he can lend it. He did not even looked at me until I talked to him directly (even though he was 1 m away). They mentioned that they all are with the cameras. Rooms are spacious.
