Beautiful building. The pictures were what drew us to this hotel. The location was great. Nearby access to transit which made getting around London so easy. The staff was incredible. The desk staff as well as the bar staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful. Every interaction was great!

Akrm was amazing!!! He expedited our check in process and was super knowledgeable and friendly. This hotel was perfect for our travel. So close to the North Ealing metro station travel around London was easy on the Piccadilly line. Great decor and very clean. Super impressed with the shower.
