We did enjoy our stay very much and would recommend this hotel, especially due to the great service that was offered. We arrived late & got assigned a different room type than what we booked. The staff at reception couldn't be more apologetic and made it worth by offering compensation. Nice grounds (incl pool with comfortable seats), nice rooms, comfortable beds, restaurant with great food & excellent cocktails, breakfast restaurant with good options and good coffee.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and that is awesome for someone who has arthritis in their joints and spine. I asked for a room close to the elevator due to my health and they made that happen effortlessly.
