We were on the 3rd floor, elevator wasn't working so had to carry our luggage up three flights. The floor was under remodel construction and was not very clean. It will be my last stay at a Comfort Inn and my last booking with you. The Comfort Inn registration attendant said you didn't pass on our cell number so she couldn't call us to give us a heads-up on the construction issues. In addition, I resent having to pay $50 security deposit which was of course immediately charged to my credit card and then having to wait a week or longer to receive a refund. Shoddy business all around!
