As for the staff, extremely friendly and very polite and helpful.

A good place for last minute souvenirs. We used the pool and spa. Water was very cold but would be refreshing on a super hot day. Spa was small and looked like it needed some updating/maintenance. Room was clean, bed was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Set in downtown Dallas, 1312 feet from AT&T Performing Arts Center, The Sheraton Dallas is perfectly situated and has been comprehensively transformed! hotel was clean room was clean staff were friendly. there was a conference on at the time so the foyer and lifts stunk as there was no air getting in from constant people. free laundry which was a nice touch! definitely recommend.

This all-suite hotel features a shuttle to destinations within 5 miles of the hotel, including the Dallas Convention Center. Guests can go for a swim in the indoor or outdoor pool. I liked everything else. Great service. Privacy. Staff was VERY accommodating. Had a phenomenal time. Definitely will return.
