The big let-down for us was a poor choice dinner, which considering a Spanish 4 star establishment produced virtually inedible food. Strangely, breakfast was quite the opposite with a huge choice of cooked and continental food.

I would not recommend for longer stays in Madrid it is too far away from everything. It was large enough and furnished well. Towels and linen were clean and fresh and the bathroom sparkling. The breakfast included in the price was excellent. The shuttle was 9euros per room and well worth using. It was a very quiet good nights sleep Staff were welcoming at reception. Good value for money

Handy to have a restaurant in the hotel, too. Free parking on site, which is a luxury in Spain (both the parking space and that it's free). Hotel is very clean. Location wise, personally, I think this is a great overnight option from/to the airport (10 mins drive or by bus). It's not the location I would choose if I wanted to hang out in Madrid.
